She describes her workshop experience, and how it’s brought her to a magnetic space in both dating and her career. #In This Episode We Talk About: A relaxing week away in NYC, meeting people who are doing the Pathway work The effects for Lacy doing the fat-soluble protocol The new unscented products she’s using The new body of work Lacy has downloaded Jocelyn’s cultural background and upbringing, including the influence of her grandparents on her parents’ upbringing Both of her parents grew up/went to school during segregation; they raised Jocelyn and her siblings with a very “push forward” attitude Her experience as an African American growing up in a primarily Caucasian environment How this experience affects how others view her/how she views herself The author of the book More Than Enough serving as an expander around these topics Feeling that we are here for more than this How she identifies (or doesn’t) with all the different groups she’s associated with The archetypes we call forward in our most magnetic state — for Jocelyn, it’s more about how she feels than how she imagines herself in specific scenarios Her biggest rock bottom, and the conditions surrounding it How received the ping to get out of that rock bottom — the series of events that led her to get out of the situation Her anxious attachment to a guy in LA during this time, and the psychic premonitions about him Until you know who you are entirely, don’t go see anyone about future premonitions Everyone is meant to go through a conscious update, but it happens at different points in life for everyone During the rock bottom, work was one thing that remained constant The struggle in work feeling like an entrepreneur in a corporate, structured setting Jocelyn has a first-hand experience with the work and The Pathway How someone she dated served as a mirror during Unblocked Reparent and Shadow Perfectionism, and how this influences how Jocelyn accepts love Growing up, she always felt that something was missing in her friendships and relationships — the work has helped her form deeper connections with like-minded people Finding a safe space to express our emotions and owning the way we express ourselves What’s come up for her in her career/entrepreneurship while working through the Pathway Reconciling her career mindset with the work history of her parents, specifically growing up without her mom working The most valuable work upfront for her was shadow work - she experienced many things that were bigger than her How the work she was doing shifted things within her family dynamic, especially the relationship with her dad If something’s not moving or opening up, there’s still another layer of unblocking or expansion that you need to do During Unblocked Money she called forth a great opportunity for her career Everything in life is energetic, even if we put it on a physical item; it’s an energetic of worthiness Every time she would push this guy away, she would get magnetic in her career When you consciously ask for expanders, the universe will put them in front of you Her brother’s wedding served as a final expander for her romantic life — she has been dating more recently than she has before Besides Elaine, her brother’s wedding, and her aunt, Lacy is a big expander for Jocelyn; she also has several micro-expanders Three things in motion to manifest: 1. Finding expanders/being expanded in what you want 2. Being unblocked 3. In today’s episode, Lacy and Lila answer questions about letting go, allowing ourselves to feel freedom and power, and finding our worth even at rock bottom. Words from Lacy: “It’s a stepping stone, this process. Yes, you’ll still manifest really big things even though it’s a process of life, of really coming into your whole authentic worth. You’ll still manifest away and really great things will happen. That’s why these little acts will create such magnetism.” “If the Universe didn’t care about your meeting with the things you want, it would really let you be complacent. It would let you just go about the way that’s safe, and that people prescribe to be happy when they’re in a daze. It cares about you.” “Follow every impulse you have, go for it. You’re probably going to burn out pretty quickly and move on to the next. I know that can feel exhausting or like you’re not getting somewhere you want to get quick enough, but it’s all gonna add up one day. You get to face your truth and your road a little bit more rather than spending all your time freaking out because of what society’s created.” “There’s a trifecta of how we manifest. We're here with Helena Soh, who's a social media director. When I first met Helena, she was the social media strategist for PETA. She’s known for developing viral marketing campaigns that reach new audiences while increasing online subscription and engagement. Many of you know that I religiously follow everything Jack Kruse has to say because it's had a tremendous effect on my healing; meaning that I've moved to nature, gotten back into the rhythm, and I've really reduced, if not almost totally gotten rid of all of the blue light in my life, as well as any other light pollution and on native EMFs. I've kind of biohacked and transformed my hormones. It's transformed my circadian rhythm, which controls the hormones. Jacqui Lewis is my personal Vedic meditation teacher and the co-founder of The Broad Place in Australia. She is a transformational powerhouse for the modern busy person, and I am so excited to introduce all of you to her today!
