Regulating Your Nervous System & Manipulating Hormones with The Breath Bosses

The dynamic duo changing lives through breathwork through their hugely successful studio, The Breath Haus, Nathan and Ella sit down with us and chat about the phenomenal expansion of their business all within 1 year and the momentum behind the movement of breathwork. We have had Ella on the podcast before (listen to her episode here) but this was Nathan’s first time chatting with us. An ex AFL footballer 18 months ago if you mentioned breathwork and energy to him he would have thought you were crazy. Fast forward to now we chat about the transformative effect of breathwork on the neural pathways of the brain and how we are able to best manipulate and change our perspectives during certain brainwave activity. Breathwork and when you breath properly calms your nervous system, helps regulate hormones, promotes better sleep, enhances mood, the list goes on. We go through the technique of breathing properly and why you should only breath through your nose. @thebreathboss@thebreathhaus_@nathanfreeman10We have an official instagram page. Changing Religions, Manifestation vs Prayer with Sophia

This episode is probably one of the most interesting and curious conversations we've had on this podcast. Sophia is the founder of perfume brand Vottari who Tully has a perfume collaboration with. Recently at Tully's baby shower we all met Sophia for the very first time and what a magnetic and confident person she is. Little did we know that she was currently attempting a 21 day fast. We were all so curious and fascinated by Sophia and her story that we said don't tell us any more, come on the podcast. This conversation was as open as you can get. Two people curious about someones story. Sophia, originally from Germany, was of the Muslim faith before become Christian. An open conversation about faith, manifestation, god, the universe, whatever you want to call it. There are so many similarities. We spoke about frequency, gratitude, prayer, faith - asking for what you want, and death and how believers and non believers feel about death. We were also joined by Sophia's pastor Sonia. How To Upgrade Your Life with Molly Jane

It's Curious Conversations on tour in LA and Molly Jane, a fellow Australian was our guest. Best friends with our very own David the Medium we knew we were in for something special. She blew our minds breaking down energy work, frequencies and how to vibrate quicker to create more light (and from what we understand the higher you vibrate the quicker your manifestations can come to light). An amazing energy to be around Molly teaches us the tips and tricks to tap into your own energy aka oracle and how to get rid of other peoples energies that you have picked up during the day. You know how some people always hang around you because you make them feel good, that's a transition of energy, vibrations, it doesn't belong to them, so when that feeling and vibration goes away they go back to the source that makes them feel good. It's a really interesting chat and we hope you learn a lot from it, we had so many a-ha moments and take aways. Oh also we talk about aliens if that's your jam. The Modern Doula with Vanessa Salerno

Well one of us has been keeping a secret the last 8 weeks! Tully is pregnant (like every second person right now) and we wanted to have a conversation about the HUGE life changes Mum's and Mum's to-be go through with the most famous doula in Melbourne Vanessa Salerno. WTF is a doula you are probably asking, we talk about this, if you're picturing someone who only does water births and no pain meds, wrong, and that's why we call Vanessa the modern doula. She's not your average doula, she's a cool doula who empowers you and coaches your through the massive life change that is pregnancy and motherhood. We like to call her a pregnancy therapist because to us that's what she seems to be, she is that calming person you turn to when you have no idea what is going on. A conversation full of tips and tricks for the different stages of pregnancy, deciding whether you want a c-section or natural, breast feeding vs not breast feeding, we talk about it all! Vanessa also has her own podcast coming out in November so make sure you stay tuned. Follow Vanessa Salerno aka The Modern [email protected]_doulaWe have an official instagram page. Relationship Therapy With Solomon Petrovski

If you're not in a relationship this episode is for you, if you are in a relationship this episode is for you, if you have friends this episode is for you - all relationships even friendships this is for you. We breakdown the 3 relationship types and you will be able to walk away with a clear understanding of what relationship you're in or what you want to be in. Is there still time to fix a relationship that's not serving you? How do you build a better relationship? What about kids, what if one person was unfaithful? We cover all these topics and more and give you tools that you can walk away with. When we say this episode is full of value we mean it. If you have a growth mindset and want to be better, want something to change it will take work, nothing will change if you don't change, and we cover controversial topics and the key takeaway is:Reverse engineer it, there's always a lesson to learn. There’s something in there you did to contribute. If you don’t find out what it is it will keep happening to you. Did you let a standard drop? Did you let a boundary be crossed? Everything always comes back to you. Even people pleasers in relationships, you're doing it to please your partner, to make you feel good about yourself. Always comes back to you. When you don't get a reaction you want, that doesn't make you feel good about yourself "well I did all this for you.." .. No. You did it for yourself to make you feel better about yourself. Follow Solomon here: Mind NinjaWe have an official instagram page. Finding A Gap In The Market with Nicky Verrochi

Nicky Verrochi a Mum, wife, daughter, friend and we hear it a lot from Mum’s after a while, sometimes, there is a deep desire for more than those titles, doing something for themselves, an outlet to fill their cups up. After having her 2 kids Nicky did just that, she saw a gap in the market for cute, affordable babywear made from organic cotton. Bambi Mini Co was born. A creative outlet for a creative mind, Nicky dove deep into starting a business and sourcing the highest quality products for the brand. Nicky’s road from start to to launch though was sadly interrupted by a shock diagnosis of her eldest son but this would give greater purpose to Bambi mini co, a major campaign each year donating to Melbourne’s Royal Children’s Hospital. So far the brand has raised over +$200,000. Bambi was the first apparel brand launched into Chemist Warehouse and over 500 stores and has more international growth on the horizon. Nicky’s story is a touching and inspiring one. She has built a phenomenal brand whilst navigating one of the hardest situations life could throw at you. A resilient, passionate Mum who is showing people you can do anything and everything, the only limit is yourself.  Follow Nicky hereCheck out Bambi Mini CoWe have an official instagram page. Human Behaviour and Social Media with Nat Welfare

Nat Welfare is a social media strategist and founder of SZN Social, a Melbourne-based marketing agency working with fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. Some of SZN's clients include Novo Shoes, The DOM, Pilgrim Clothing, InClinic Cosmetics, Lady PWRZ and Silver Bullet Hair. But Nat's path to building a marketing agency has not been a typical one. She doesn't have a degree in marketing and she's never worked in an agency in her life.In fact, she grew up in the country, hailing from the home of the Ute Muster (Deniliiquin, population 8000) where marketing wasn't even a job that existed.Nat moved to Melbourne after school and got a degree in Psychology with plans to become a clinical psychologist before moving across to work in tech startups where she learnt about lean startup methodology which would later play a key role in developing unique, stand-out marketing content and campaigns. Nat is fast becoming known for her non-traditional style of marketing, leveraging her background in psychology and startup methodologies to develop formulas for high-performing social media content and marketing campaigns. What do you have to do to grow on social media these days?
