At Courageous Leadership with Virginia Prodan Podcast we present to you - The leadership of 3 generations - Ginny - Christie - Anya Herndon.
Be encouraged by the leadership story of those 3 generations.
Ginny Herndon - the grandmother and mother in law to Christie- Virginia [Ginny] Herndon has lived in Wilmington, Delaware for over forty years where she and her husband of 47 years, Randy, reared their family of three children: Randy, Gabrielle, and Beau. Randy and Ginny enjoy every opportunity to spend time with their children, their spouses and three precious grandchildren, Micah, Anya, and Eliana. Ginny attended Duke University [B.A. psychology] and Pennsylvania State University [M.Ed.]. She worked as a Counselor at Burke Rehabilitation Center, White Plains, NY before moving to be employed as a trainer and consultant with the Vocational Research Institute of the Jewish Employment and Vocational Institute, Philadelphia, PA. Ginny remains committed to staying informed about agenda and proposed legislation intended to dilute the integrity of the family, community, nation, and world, that which challenges and opposes the will of God, and is active in making others aware so that more would be proactive in defending liberty and Biblical values.
Christie Herndon - the daughter in law & mother to Anya -
Christie is a wife and mother of three active children Micah Anya and Eliana. She is a teaching assistant at Immanuel Christian School in Springfield VA. Christie grew up on a farm in Seaford DE where she attended a Christian School. She attended Messiah College where she met her husband Randy Herndon. They reside in Alexandria VA.
Anya Herndon - the granddaughter of Ginny and the daughter \of Christie -
Anya is a fifth grader living in Northern Virginia, just outside Washington, DC. She enjoys playing basketball, field hockey, and competitive swimming. When she's not at school, church, or a sports practice/game, Anya is usually playing outside with friends, biking, doing crafts with her younger sister, reading, and enjoying family time with her parents and two siblings. She is often asking her parents for new books to read, as they attempt to keep up with her extensive reading habits. Anya enjoys sharing what she learns with others, especially teaching her 6 year old sister Bible memory verses and other subjects such as multiplication and Greek philosophers.
