Denzel Washington won an Oscar for best actor in a movie that he wasn't even the lead in, or was he? He was. Maybe. It's not easy for a black man to win an Oscar. Jerah got himself a Carmel Swirl, which is something like progress. But hey, did Denzel black it up in this movie or is he just Denzel being Denzel? It's a subtle distinction and we're here to make that distinction. The Cause is about as real as it gets this week.
