Meditation For Sports
When you visualize and meditate there are two huge benefits that affect your entire life. Once is showing your mind and body it's possible. Your mind doens't know the difference between a memory or a future imagined event. The 2nd is the presence of mind. How to have more FUN Dunking
Making more fun out dunking and life is the way I want to live. The vibrations simply feel the best under my skin and coursing thru my innards. Idk what that means but it FEELS GOOD! Possible to Reach 50" Vertical Jump?
I think anything is possible but do I have enough time in this lifetime? I choose to believe so but that's also just a lifestyle. I want to live believing in things that challenge me to push myself past my own limiting beliefs. Dunking itself has changed my life in this sense because I realized how much of my progress was determined by this self doubt. ENJOY YOUR LIFE!

Dunk life is about doing whatever it takes to accomplish your goals! Dunking has taught that anything is possible thru hard work, consistency and BELIEVING IN YOURSELF!! Getting stronger and faster is simple physics but hard frigin work! You're racing against time and staying healthy is the hardest possible thing but has made my life exponentially more enjoyable. Secret to Overcoming Anxiety (Paradoxical Intention)
"Man's Search for Meaning" taught me a very valuable trick for overcoming anticipatory anxiety. It's called paradoxical intention and it's basically leaning into what you're afraid of. It's being ok with having your fear come true but even worse. By accepting this, it paradoxically relieves you of the anxiety, thus you're free from the negative result. Simply put I like to call it reverse mild psychosis of the spiraling edition. ENJOY YOUR LIFE! Keep mastering your mind!

Don't Try... BE!
Treat your body as if it were a potion. Nutrients are the different solutions and you need a specific amount at the right time. In doing so, you can create the magical result. My brain seems to always want a task. If want to be funny, I can't TRY to be funny or else my brain is focused on the TRYING. I need to just BE, I need to flow with the energy. The analogy of a canoe flowing down a river instead of paddling helps me visualize. Instead of using energy to paddle, let the current take you and you're free to take in all the scenery.

Finally explaining way I'm GETTING BETTER off dribble. (Being impeccable with my word not to say "i suck") Stay tall, explode straight UP, Open up your body, use speed and aggression, load and explode fast, Drive the ball up. 9pm Bedtime
I got so much energy and I'm super pumped for tomorrow! Still gotta be careful with my knee but I'm feeling GREAT! Workouts are on point and I'm really in a good routine. Talking with other's it's really evident how a consistent bedtime is the most important step in starting a good routine. If you make that the priority it could change your life and ENERGY LEVELS drastically. Get some frikin sleep so we can FLY! ENJOY!

Top 5 Dunk Tips: Diet & Nutrition 4/5
Dunk Tip 4/5 Overview of my current diet and my best tips. I like intermittent fasting as it keeps my gut biome healthy and my energy is super consistent. I fuel up the night before a big workout with chicken quinoa and avocado (the usual) in the mornings, I just have black coffee before my workout. I avoid simple carbs, processed foods and sugar and that’s 95% of the healthy eating right there! Get your body right and maximize your potential! LETS GOOOO!!

Top 5 Dunk Tips: Phases 3/5
Fuuueeeling UP! Basic overview of the phases in dunk training: Strength, Power and Speed. In my experience I like the 3-5 rep range focusing on absolute strength. Once significantly stronger, transition into power phase which is moving lighter weight, faster. Taper this phase as well, gradually moving weight faster and faster and also lower weight and moving with more intensity. Last phase is speed and overclocking. Do your actual sport specific activity as well as plyometric movements to build elasticity. Assisted jumps and exaggerated plyometrics to overclock your body to perform at next level. Freedom Dancing Sunday!
Had a great time this weekend, practiced my freedom dancing. Capped off my vacation by celebrating my friend's engagement and we're living!
