What Mamba Mentality Meant to Me
Kobe was an inspiration to say the least. An insight into excellence. He was somebody outside my comprehension of competition. I was in awe of his ability to tap into that zone, that deadly assassin, that cold blooded Mamba Mentality. He literally made me fearful of anyone with that mindset. It felt as if he already one. He was a master of his craft and a master of his mind. He was the epitome of RELENTLESS and this tragedy has deepened the impact of his legacy on my perspective of life.

The Nutrition/Body Awareness Muscle!
Intermittent fasting, Mind-muscle connection, strategic cheat meals, HIGH ENERGY! I've made huge strides in my body and performance and it all stems from AWARENESS. Listening to every detail of my body and tuning into my results from every workout/meal has been key. That ability to listen, is a muscle in itself. It takes time to get good at listening. Start asking your body how it feels after each meal, after each workout. Over time you will start to notice what your body wants to do and what it needs to recover. This will lead to answers and solutions to ultimately get to that NEXT LEVEL!! ENJOY!

Clarity is the starting point for every goal. If we knew with 100% certainty what we could be the best in the world at, we'd be on our way there! The problem is figuring that out. Building clarity on your goal allows your mind to see the task at hand. Once you make your goal a KNOWN your subconscious stops avoiding it and you can make progress towards it. First Monday Free! Law of Entropy
I'm living with NO DAYS!! Today is my first day not working in the office and I'm making huge progress! Learned about the law of entropy and how it applies to life. A New Insight - LA Trip!
Scarcity mindset can be beneficial during the grind but there comes a point when you need to invest in yourself. Running out of space on my computer I'm getting to the point where I simply need to invest more because it will unlock my creativity and relieve a lot of stress. The balance between grinding and investing is a fine line. Keep improving, stay frugal but you have to believe in yourself and know when it's time to spend a little more to reach that next level!
