How can we re-contextualise our relationships and interactions in a time of post truth and late stage capitalism? In this episode entitled Entrusted With Everything, Entitled To Nothing, Amisha talks with Alnoor Ladha, political strategist, writer and activist. Alnoor’s work focuses on the intersection of political organising, systems thinking, structural change and narrative work. Can Earth raise our consciousness into living lives of true reciprocity? In this episode entitled Walking Earth With The Gifts Of The Stars, Amisha speaks with Tiokasin Ghosthorse, member of the Cheyenne River Lakota Nation of South Dakota and a Sundancer in the cosmology of the Lakota Nation. He has a long history with Indigenous activism and advocacy, and is an international speaker on Peace, Indigenous and Mother Earth perspective. He is the founder, host and executive producer of “First Voices Radio”. In 2016 Tiokasin received a Nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize.  Amisha and Tiokasin journey along a stream of consciousness guided by Tiokasin’s Indigenous cornerstones and his fluid interbeing with Earth and Cosmos. Tiokasin opens up a portal to the Lakota understanding of innocence and elemental consciousness that we can receive by Earth listening to us and teaching us to hear our hearts lessons through its abundant gifts. He reveals how we have constructed systems of fear that condition us to speak tactically, economically and anthropocentrically, instead of naturally. He shares insights into the world of Lakota language, an Earth language of indigenous intelligence embedded in verbs, motion and action that speaks to three dimensions, that knows no war nor gender, and is created to relate and not divide or exclude.  Tiokasin’s shares that the Corona virus is presenting us with 33 intelligences brought to us at this time to expand our consciousness and to see our future within the Earth. How do we find a sense of connection and reciprocity with nature? In this episode entitled Ancestral Gifts That Soften The Edge, Amisha talks with black-latinx transdisciplinary artist, educator, and designer brontë velez (they/them). They discuss prophetic opportunities presented by Covid-19, the potency of death doulaship practices, spiritual ecology and technology for communities to understand our environmental responsibilities and to liberate from racial and spiritual trauma.   brontë is guided by their understanding that Earth called them to bring along other children of colour to meet Earth and to experience each other in wild spaces. They draw on death doulaship practices, such as listening to Earth and prophetic dream practices to connect communities to Earth’s wisdom for prophetic insight on what other ways of being might be possible. In ecological planting ceremonies, their collective Lead to Life, holds space for black people to heal racial and spiritual trauma of community and land on their own terms. What does it take to create a life you love close to nature? In this episode entitled We Are All Sovereign Of Our Own Worlds, Amisha connects with author, mud home builder and Earth whisperer Atulya Bingham. Atulya speaks to us from her offgrid home in the mountains of Northern Spain, and shares the story of how she first took up residence in a tent on a hillside in Turkey. How can we create abundance in harmony with nature?  In this episode entitled Collaborating With Nature For Health And Healing, Amisha meets holistic therapist, cultivator of heritage foods and agricultural researcher Raphaël Colicci. Raphaël has enjoyed a deep bond to Mother Earth and wild nature since being raised on donkeys milk as an infant, and he knew at the tender age of 14 that he wanted to pursue a twin trail of work as a physical therapist and biodynamic cultivator. Raphaël shares the story of how he took on a plot of stony ground in the south of France and with patience, persistence, experiment and great care went beyond what was considered possible to cultivate a magnificent conservatory of rare and ancient fruit trees. Raphaël has devoted his life to researching and growing these fruit trees for their healing and nutritional properties as well as their marvellous flavour.  Raphaël has founded a centre for natural therapies, including treatments with every part of the olive plant and also apitherapy from bees. He shares with us what he has learned from a lifetime of cultivation and experiment with the healing properties of nature, and invites us into the rhythm of his daily life. How can business and finance empower communities to grow and thrive? In this episode entitled Creative Solutions for Development, Amisha meets with microfinance expert Meynar Sihombing. After a successful career in commercial banking, Meynar found an opportunity to change direction after the Asian financial crisis, leading to a new career in microfinance for development. Meynar shares with us some of the challenges and opportunities for low-income and rural households in Indonesia, the particular characteristics of the Indonesian socioeconomic context, and how microfinance is evolving products and services to meet these needs. How can we step with a clear heart into the responsibility that comes with privilege? In this episode entitled The World Needs To Be Loved Not Saved, Amisha sits down with serial entrepreneur, author and teacher Swaady Martin. A former award-winning executive at General Electric, Swaady has gone one to found a series of socially conscious enterprises, as well as teaching mindfulness and yoga and writing spiritual tales for children.  From a very young age, Swaady had a strong sense of being the creator of her own life.
