Today I am celebrating being CANCER-FREE for 12 years now. I want to share with you the lessons I have learned on this very life-changing journey.  My body has never been more sacred.

The mental state of a BLACK MEN MATTERS....And pride has never been our friend. We have to learn to be unapologetically honest with one another so we can RISE above our obstacles TOGETHER!

After listening to Beyonce's Renaissance Cd and her paying homage to her Uncle Johnny, I decided to pay homage to my Aunt Pam and her influence on my life. My mentor, my second Mom, and my Big Sister! Celebrating the people who support us our entire lives.

This episode is about celebrating your life in the SUNSHINE!! Looking for joy in anything and everything. Checking on those we love and cherishing every moment we have. Also making the time to just be free from our troubles just for a little while. Just learning to press the pause button of your life and simply be HAPPY!!

My transparent observations about how sexualized the world has become. 

As a Black Man of a certain age living in America, this is my very honest and transparent account of my day-to-day struggles with racism. With the profound side effects racism has created in my soul, I have to let go so I choose my peace daily in order to rise above it.

You have to see and understand someone by seeing the whole BIG PICTURE to know who they are.. When a person shows you all (every facet)of who they are...then you know and only then can you believe them.

We have all fallen on hard times and didn't know where our next meal was coming from.  Living paycheck to paycheck. I feel that it is important for us to become resources of information for one another so we all can get back up on our feet. The cost of living is getting higher every day and we need each other to rise above it and go through it. Let's have a conversation about money and sometimes the lack thereof without shame or fear of judgment.

This episode is about taking the time to just breathe, relax and simply enjoy not doing anything. Some of us are workaholics never taking the time to enjoy our lives and the people we love. You have to make time to reconnect, recharge, and regroup with yourself. You have no reason to feel guilty about quality time with YOURSELF. DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS SOMETHING

This podcast episode is dedicated to all the little black boys all over the world that need to be reminded that their lives matter.  As always I use myself as an example by talking about my troubles as a little black boy growing up in the seventies in Dayton, Ohio. I am here to remind myself of the little boy in me and how much he is loved and valued.

I have come to realize that we are all searching for fulfillment in our lives however, we are afraid to leave the bubble we have been living in. This podcast is about taking the first step and leaving your comfort zone, facing your fears, and living your best life.

This is the truth about my experiences with racism while dealing with a (KAREN). I believe many black men are made to stand alone and deal with injustices daily thrown at us by white women. I know there are many black men including myself suffering from anger, bitterness, and anxiety and Karens are often at the root of the problem. We have to learn to stand together and fight together and not be afraid to lose our jobs our livelihoods or our lives. Haven't Karens caused us enough pain in one form or another?

Life is filled with ups and downs and we all must learn to rise above the daily challenges. This is my honest and very transparent perspective on life. You are not alone on your journey to greatness, I walk with you.

We are now in the month of March and my question to you is "what have you done for yourself and your goals lately?" We are all facing our daily challenges as best we can, but we all have to learn how to enjoy quality time with ourselves in our alone time. Happiness is a choice we have to make every day. So I ask you again....WHAT HAVE YOU DONE FOR YOU LATELY?

An honest and deeply personal perspective on my thoughts about the lack of mutual support Black Men don't give to one another. Black Women are winning and growing by leaps and bounds and we are falling behind because of the competitive and envious nature instilled in us. I know we can do better if we choose to rise above our differences and support one another and embrace the GREATNESS that we all have within us.

An honest discussion about the challenges we are all facing because of inflation, unemployment, and toxic work environments. I believe that we all need to come together and share knowledge, wisdom, and resources to survive in our everyday lives. We all deserve to live full and prosperous lives.

The journey to success for a CREATIVE can be long, hard, and discouraging but I know good things come to those who persevere. Creatives have to stay the course, build their tribe and continue to grow their brand. Life is better with a CREATIVE in your world!!

We are all learning to navigate through the challenges of working in hostile and sometimes toxic work environments. As a black man of a certain age, I am sharing my thoughts and opinions on the new workspaces.

Sometimes we have to evaluate our circle of friends and our relationships to see who really matters. And sometimes ghosting or disappearing on folks is the best thing for some of those relationships you cherish are not feeding your soul.  We have to surround ourselves with positive, inspiring, and uplifting people.

We have to learn to face our fears and overcome our anxieties because the stress is quietly killing us. Let's be honest with ourselves and those we love about what is really going on inside.

This episode is about realizing that you are the GOLD at the end of rainbows. Realizing the value of your temple(body).  Changing the way we think about our bodies and the people we share our bodies with.

Be proud of all you have accomplished in 2022 and don't focus on the challenges you faced. Give yourself permission to be HAPPY that you made it!
