What if an Office Employee Worked HOS Hours? Paul Gibson found out!
We had a lot of fun getting to know Paul Gibson, co-host of Sense Per Mile podcast, co-founder of Bright Lights Media, former trucking industry driver recruiter and all around cool dude. We also had a short debate about Texas vs Kansas City KS BBQ. In this episode you'll hear Paul's take on driver recruitment, a candid conversation about driver well being as well as his recent "HOS Experiment" which had him stay in a small storage closet at CDL Life HQ for 48 hours to see what it would be like for an office employee to work the same hours as a truck driver. This started an excellent conversation about driver compensation and the importance of media, millennials, and the trucking industry working together to make the industry better. Enjoy this conversation, connect with Paul, and keep up with the great work he's up to!
