How Mindfulness can help you drive, teach and reduce stress. - San Harper
Mindfulness is growing as more and more people become aware of it, including being discussed in schools. San Harper joins me in this episode to discuss how practicing mindfulness can help driving instructors in all aspects of their lives. San shares how her pupils find it so helpful that if she ever forgets, they ask her about it at the start of the lesson. San also gives some great examples of how it's helped her students in surprising ways. But as well as helping learners, mindfulness can also help us. Whether that's making us a bit more calm and focused on driving lessons, helping us control our nerves before a standards check or just enabling us to have a more relaxed and stress free life.
