LIGHT TALK Episode 96 - Fred Foster Memorial - Workshop 2018
LIGHT TALK Episode 96 - Fred Foster Memorial - Workshop 2018
Today is a solemn day for the lighting world. A great tree has fallen. Fred Foster, founder and CEO of Electronic Theater Controls, has left us. As we reflect on this tremendous loss to our community, we might think about the idea of leaving a place better than we found it. There is no question that Fred Foster left this world and the lighting community much much better then he found it.  We think that is quite special.   So thank you Fred, for all you have done for your family, your friends, and the world of lighting.  It will never be the same because of you, and it will certainly be better because of you. In the summer 2018, the Lumen Brothers were honored to interview Fred Foster live in Wisconsin. It’s only fitting that we replay this interview for you now, as we all reflect on a life well lived.
