In this picture here, we were at one of my book signing events, and we took that picture.There she is again.All right, so. We met at a real estate networking event.We built a relationship through social media and some other events.
Here is the problem that Lillian was facing, right?She wanted to write a book demonstrating her expertise and knowledge about YouTube.So Lillian was pretty good on YouTube, right?
She has some experience doing some marketing online, using Facebook ads, Google ads, et cetera.But where she decided to hone in was YouTube. OK, so she wanted to people to ask her questions.
They were going to ask her things around her expertise, her topic.And she wanted to put that into some kind of digital product.
So our proposed solution was to help Lillian create a digital product that she could offer to extend her expertise about YouTube to other real estate agents.Right.
Our implementation was marketing implementation coaching, so we coached Lillian to create that product that she could offer to her customers and her prospects.Here are the results.You can see on the right, that's her book there.
We got her book fully published, not just an e-book, right?We got her an e-book and an actual physical book, right?Why am I so gung-ho about physical books?Because they increase your conversions by four to five percent.
You can take the same amount of traffic and get four to five times the results out of that traffic just by upgrading your physical book. upgrading to a physical book.All right?So, keep that in mind.Keep that in mind.
