chapter 20 verse 26 second chronicle 20 verse 26 the Bible says and on the fourth day they assembled in the valley of Baraka valley of Baraka for there they blessed the Lord therefore the name of that place was called the valley of Baraka until this day
the valley of Baraka.This morning very quickly, we are going to be considering the valley of Baraka.I want to pray for somebody this morning that God will relocate you.The valley of Baraka, that word Baraka means blessing.
Now, if you look at the story preceding this verse, you will see how the Lord fought for the children of Israel.This is the story that concerns Jehoshaphat.Jehoshaphat was a king and there was a time that three nations rose up against
the nation of Israel, they gang up to fight against the nation of Israel.And when Jehoshaphat was informed, the Bible says he was afraid, and he sought the Lord and proclaiming fast.And he sought help of the Lord.He asked help from the Lord.
And for the city of Judah, And after they started praying, there was a prophetic word that came out that God will fight for them, that God will raise ambushment against their enemies.
And when God did fight for them, the three nations that ganged up against them, they helped one another to destroy each other.And that was how they were defeated.And because of the victory they gained, they were able to receive blessing.
Because what the Nation of Israel did was to go to those nations and they were able to rob them, they were able to get the spoil, the spoil that comes with the battle.
And Bible says on the fourth day, during their journey to get the blessing, to get everything that the enemies took from them, they came to the valley of Berakah. And there they blessed the Lord.
They blessed the Lord for the victory they have received.They blessed the Lord for the blessing they have received.They blessed the Lord for protection.They blessed the Lord for the good thing that God has done for them.
They blessed the Lord for not allowing the enemy to wipe them out of the map.I want to pray this morning that God will intervene on our behalf as we go on the journey of today.
in the name of Jesus they came to the valley of Baraka and look at that look at that second chronicle 20 verse 26 again the Bible says and on the fourth day on the fourth day you know if you go to let's read verse 25 and when Joseph and all his people came to take away their spoil look at that spoil is the the benefit
that the victor gain after engaging in battle with another nation.Spoil is like the benefit, it's like the blessing that come, you know, after engaging in battle.The Bible says, and when Joseph and all his people came to take away their spoil,
They found among them an abundance of valuables, look at that, on the dead bodies, valuables.
All the armies of those three nations that came to fight against them, after they were dead, the Bible says the children of Israel find valuable things on dead bodies. Look at that abundance of valuables on dead bodies.
I want to pray for somebody this morning I don't know what belonged to you that was carried to the grave I don't know what valuable things belong to you that the enemy buried in the grave I pray that this money they shall be restored back to you in the name of jesus If there are blessings that belong to you even in the hand of the dead Those blessings shall be restored back in the name of jesus.
The bible says they found valuables Abundance of valuables on the dead bodies and precious jewelries.Look at that.Precious jewelries, which they stripped off for themselves, which they stripped off for themselves, more than they could carry.
And they were three days gathering the spoils, because there was so much.Three days, they were gathering.Oh, my God.I pray for somebody today.
All the blessings that you have lost, all the blessings that was stolen from you, all the blessings that the enemy took by force from you, today the Lord will restore them in the name of Jesus.
So they were guarding, they were packing stuff from the dead bodies of those armies, from those soldiers.And verse 26, and on the fourth day, look at that, on the fourth day they keep gathering.
On the fourth day they assembled in the valley of Beraka.Valley of Beraka.And that word Beraka means blessing.For there they blessed the Lord.Therefore the name of that place was called the Valley of Beraka until this day.
Because at the Valley of Baraka, they brought all the blessings that they have recovered.And because of the blessing that God has given to them, they blessed the Lord.They give praise to the Lord.
Do you know the same thing happened for the Israelites?After they came out of Egypt, after the army of Pharaoh were defeated inside the Red Sea.Look at Exodus 15. I want to pray for somebody this morning.The horse and its rider pushing after you.
the lord will cause them to perish in the sea in the name of jesus every power riding on us to pursue you to pursue any members of your family i pray that this morning the lord will cause them to perish in the sea look at verse 2 exodus 15 verse 2 the lord is my strength and song
He has become my salvation.He is my God, and I will praise Him.My Father's God, and I will exalt Him.And verse three, the Lord is a man of war.The Lord is His name.And verse four, Pharaoh's chariot and his army he has cast into the sea.
He has chosen his chosen captain.Also he drowned in the Red Sea, because the Lord fought for them. And they were blessed.
In Psalm 103 verse 1 and 2, Psalm 103 verse 1 and 2, the Bible says, Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name.Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits.The value of Baraka was a value of praise.
is a value of praise for the Easterlight because there, when they consider the blessing they have been gathering for a couple of days, they bless the Lord there.Look at that. The valley of Baraka is a valley where God wants us to press Him.
When we remember His goodness.When we remember His blessing for us.That's the place where we should bless Him.We should bless His Holy Name.That's the place where we should bless the name of the Lord.Look at San Juan 07 verse 21.
San Juan 07 verse 21, the Bible says, or men rather, will give thanks to the Lord for his goodness and for his wonderful works to the children of men.Verse 22, Psalm 107, verse 22.
Let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving and declare his works with rejoicing at the valley of Bereke.
In Luke chapter 1 verse 68, before we start to pray, the Bible says, Bless the Lord, God of Israel, for he has visited and redeemed his people.Bless the Lord, the God of Israel, for he has visited and redeemed his people.
That was exactly what God did for the nation of Israel. He visited them and redeemed them from the hands of their enemies.And after the defeat of their enemies, they gathered spoils.They gathered blessings.Look at that.
I want to tell somebody, whatever you are going through right now, that looks like a battle. Whatever you are going through right now, that looks like a tough time.God will use it to bless you in the name of Jesus.
I don't know the tough time you are going through.And you are almost giving up.And you are like, God, why is it only me?Why am I going through this valley?Why am I going through this affliction?Why am I going through this ordeal?
I want you to know that sometimes when we go through some valley, It is because God is about to bless us.Oh my God.I say God is about to bless us.
I don't know the valley you are passing to right now, but that valley, God will use it as a means of blessing you in the name of Jesus.Because that was exactly what happened to the Israelites here.
The valley of Baraka is called the valley of blessing. the value of blessings.Although the children of Israel, they were about to be attacked by three nations, but God rose up on their behalf.God intervened and destroyed those nations.
And after they were destroyed, the nation of Israel, they were able to gather spoil.They were able to gather blessings from the dead bodies of those armies.I pray for somebody this morning, every power holding your valuables.
every power order your blessing they will release it by force in the name of jesus in conclusion let me share this story with us and then we'll pray there was there was a man i know from my uh home city in nigeria this man you know he has uh older brothers in abroad you know there are many of his older brothers they were in abroad they were some of them were u.s maybe
Some are in London, but I believe the majority of his siblings were in the U.S.And then, he also wanted to come to the U.S.And for a long time, he tried everything he could do.There was no way.Everything he could do.
It's like the way was blocked against him.Until when, his mother died. Now, after the death of his mother, you know, this young man was still trying to find his way back, you know, to come to the U.S.No way.And then he went to a prophet.
And, you know, the prophet prayed for him.And, you know, God made some promises that God will eventually make a way.So what happened next?This young man slept one day.And in his dream, he saw his dead mother.
and his dead brother hold onto his passport and just threw the passport to him.He said, I have your passport.I have your international passport.And the brother took the passport.That man took the passport and woke up.What happened?
I have your passport.What happened? Now, in that dream, the mother told, hey, I want somebody to listen to this.
Because sometimes, just like we read here, the Bible says the Israelite, they gather valuables from the body of those soldiers that were dead.
Sometimes there are some of our blessings, blessings that the living should be enjoying that is in the grave.And the mother of the brother told him, He said, the reason why I block you from traveling abroad is because I want you to be home.
I want somebody to listen to this.So that when your older brothers, your older sisters who are abroad send money, I want you to be home so that you will be the one to help them manage their properties.Maybe they want to build a house.
Maybe they sell cars.They want to sell cars.You will be the one that will be helping them, you know, running around for them, if they ship something over, they need to sell it.If they seize something over, they need to collect it from the airport.
I want you to be the one that will be helping them to do that.That's why the way was blocked against you.But here is your passport.I have your passport.
Not too long after that time, I want somebody to listen to this, that young man was able to find his way to US.He came,
And while in the U.S., as at that time, you know, the Visa Lottery was, you know, Nigeria was among the countries that was allowed to play the Visa Lottery.And while in the U.S., although he has been in the U.S.
no paper for a long time, he played Visa Lottery.He won Visa Lottery. And that's how he became a green card holder.Today he's a U.S.citizen.I want us to go and pray.I pray for somebody this morning.
Every vulnerable, every blessing that belongs to you, that has been buried in the grave, this money, they shall be dug up in the name of Jesus.I want us to lift up our voice.Number one, we are going to crown to God.
I said, Lord, whatever valley I'm going to right now, Lord, use the same valley to bless me.That's the first prayer point.We know that valley experience is not a palatable experience.
Valley experience could mean a period in our life when we are at a low level. Valley experience could be a period in our life when things are tough.Valley experience could be a period in our life when we are fighting one battle or the other.

I want you to lift up your voice. You are going to crown together and say, my father, the kind of blessing that will swallow up my problem.Some blessing, when God bless us, some blessing will swallow up problem.What is debt?
Some blessing will swallow up that.What is sickness?Some people, do you know some people's sickness is lack of money?Some people's sickness, when money comes, that sickness in their body will go.Yeah.
Yeah, some people, the emotional problem they are going through, you know, it's just one blessing from the Lord that will take care of that.I want you to lift up your voice.Most of the time, when God wants to solve a problem, he brings blessing.
Look at, for example, in Luke chapter 5, when God wanted to solve the problem of lack for Peter, what did he do?He allowed him to what?To catch fish in abundance. There was discouragement for Peter.There was business failure for Peter.
But to solve that one problem, those problems, it was just a major blessing.A major breakthrough took care of that.A major breakthrough.I want you to lift up your voice and crown to God this morning and say, Lord, the kind of blessing
