Today, Inshallah, I will explain Surah Alam Nishrah Laqa Sadraq and also explain Surah Wateeni Wa Zaitooni.May Allah grant us the ability to say, understand, and act.Alam Nishrah Laqa Sadraq, this is also a Surah from Mecca.
The Messengers of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon them, used to trouble the idolaters of Mecca a lot.So just as Allah has mentioned His blessings in Surah Wazuha Wa Layli Iza Saja,
that Allah has not left you alone, Allah has taken care of you before, and Allah will take care of you now as well. You were an orphan, Allah removed your orphanhood, and Allah made you rich.
There is a doubt that the Prophet was poor till the end, so how could he be rich? There was no stove in the house, so Allah made him rich, and then Allah himself chose poverty. So this poverty was your choice, it was by your will.
Allah has comforted the Prophet and said that there are many blessings of Allah upon you.One of those blessings is, Did we not open your chest for you?So opening the chest is connected to knowledge and patience.
Knowledge is called knowledge and patience is called patience. So it means, O Prophet, did we not give you a lot of knowledge and patience? It is said that his chest is open. So, the chest is open means the knowledge is filled inside the chest.
See, one is the tension of the chest. The man is confused about what to do.It is not easy to make a decision.I don't know if this is right or that is right.I don't know if this is wrong or that is wrong. This is called the kneeling of the chest.
to understand. So, when patience is born in a person, he stops kneeling down.In fact, his chest opens up.So, Allah said, O Prophet! We have given knowledge and wisdom to your chest. I have opened your heart for knowledge and wisdom.
This is Allah's grace upon you.And I have removed from you your burden, that burden which broke your back. If a person is carrying a lot of weight on his back, then there is a risk of his back breaking.
So, if a person does a favor and he lifts that weight and puts it down, then how much favor will be done on him?So, Allah said, O Prophet, we had also placed a burden on your back, which was breaking your back.We removed that burden.
What is that burden? The commentators say about it. that when the revelation was revealed to the Prophet, he was overcome by the fear of Allah. He was so afraid that on the Day of Judgment, he would be held accountable by Allah.
He would be held accountable by the common people later, but Allah would be held accountable by him first. So, he was so overcome by fear that the Prophet could not commit a sin.
So, sometimes the Prophet would do something that was better, but he committed a sin. of the world. that Allah has forgiven your past sins as well as your future sins.
Here, the word sin is not used, rather it is used to mean that Allah has forgiven your past sins as well as your future sins. The Prophet used to consider it as a sin to do something that is not good.
So, here also it is confirmed that we have removed your burden from you.Meaning, if something happens to you that was not good, then you will not be questioned about it and Allah has forgiven you first.
Because such a big responsibility has been given to the Prophet and he knew hell as if he had seen it with his own eyes.He saw heaven with his own eyes. So, how much fear he will have over the Prophet. So, Allah said that you should not be afraid.
You will not be held accountable. Allah will not hold you accountable in the Day of Judgment. Then Allah is saying that we have increased your Zikr as well. This is also a blessing from Allah to you that your mention is high.
So Allah did not increase the mention of any Prophet as much as He did of the Prophet. How did He increase it?In many places Allah has mentioned the name of the Prophet with His own name.
The Prophet was sent to the world so that he can introduce Allah and bring people to the worship of Allah. So the demand of this was that only the name of Allah should be mentioned.
The ambassador comes and only introduces the country of the ambassador.
so he is sent for his introduction, but Allah sent the Prophet for his introduction and told him that my name will be mentioned in the call to prayer, my name will be mentioned in the At-Tahiyyat, but Allah told him that if my name will be mentioned, then I am ordering you to mention your name as well.
So whenever Allah's name is mentioned, we say, I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is his messenger. This is a great virtue.
Prophet Muhammad PBUH said that where Allah has given the command to declare his pride, there Allah has also given the command to declare the Prophethood.
Similarly, when we read At-Tahiyyat, At-Tahiyyatu Lillahi Was-Salawatu At-Tayyibat As-Salamu Alaika Ayyuhan Nabiyu. Now see, Salah is purely a worship of Allah. It is recited for Allah.
But Allah has also given a command in His worship that while worshipping me, you should recite Salam to the Prophet. So, this is also the mention of Allah in your name.I have given these two examples.
Otherwise, all the Natiya Kalams that are being read, till the Day of Judgment, in the whole world, no one has been praised as much as Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam, after Allah, as much as Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam has been praised.
So many books have been written on your biography. How many people sit and read Durood Sharif all day? They read Durood Sharif in Salah. So Allah said, I have raised your name for you.
And when this Surah was revealed, at that time there was no one to take your name. This Surah was revealed in Mecca, when Muslims were weak, there were only a few people who would take your name. But Allah said, I have raised your name for you.
The result of this is about to be revealed, you will see that the whole world will take your name.So this is a consolation given to the Prophet.I have raised your name for you. This is it, right?I'll read it again.
Now Allah says, when the alif-laam is used, it becomes a specific thing.Like any laboratory, the laboratory is a specific laboratory, right?Any book, the book. Allah says, this tension that you are in, there is ease and ease with this tension.
After this, Allah will give you a peaceful and easy life. For example, when you migrated, there was some peace. Then there were some problems, but after the conquest of Mecca, there was some peace. So, don't worry about the problems you are in.
Allah repeated this again.Don't be sad, there is ease with hardship. So, this sentence was repeated twice for consolation. Then Allah says, why are you worried because of tabligh? You are doing tabligh all day, right?
So Allah is saying that when you get free from tabligh all day, then all of you get tired. What does it mean? You get tired in worship. So that your relationship with Allah becomes very strong.
Because the tabligh that is happening all day, obviously you are not getting the reward of the world, you are not getting any money. In other words, you have to worship Allah directly.
Tabligh is also a form of worship of Allah but it is not direct worship. It is a form of worship of Allah. It is a form of worship of Allah. It is a form of worship of Allah. It is a form of worship of Allah. It is a form of worship of Allah.
It is a form of worship of Allah. It is a form of worship of Allah. It is a form of worship of Allah. It is a form of worship of Allah. It is a form of worship of Allah.
So, when you get free from the tiredness of the whole day, from the work of Tabligh, then you have to get tired at night, and what do you have to get tired of?I will tell you later, you have to turn towards your Lord, i.e.you have to worship.
So this was a brief explanation of this Surah and what is the summary of this Surah?
Allah has mentioned his favours upon his Beloved, the first favour he mentioned was that we have given you knowledge and the strength to endure, we have granted this.
And number two, Allah has forgiven your past and future sins and the burden on your back, the fear of the hereafter, Allah has removed this. Allah is reassuring you that the difficulties you are in right now are easy after this.
Allah says again that it is easy after this. Now Allah is explaining a way to make these difficulties easier as a gratitude for his blessings. What is that? That in the night, in your worship,
So, you will be thankful for these blessings that Allah has given you. Those who have been mentioned in the back, they are thankful that you have to worship more than others. And with this, you will also get motivation. You will also get courage.
Because the more you worship Allah directly, the stronger your relationship with Allah will be.
So, the stronger your relationship will be, following the commands of Allah throughout the day in the matter of Tabligh, it will be easier for you and it will be easier for you to bear the pain that is coming from people.
because when there is more love than worship, then what is it to bear the pain of the beloved? It is easy.So this is the summary of this Surah. And this is the reason why the Prophet used to worship a lot at night.
So Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, said, O Messenger of Allah, when Allah has forgiven all your past and future sins, Allah has removed your burden and forgiven your past and future sins, then why do you need to worship so much?
So when Allah has done this favour to me and has forgiven all my previous mistakes, it doesn't mean that I should rest the whole night.I have to worship more than people as a form of gratitude.
So this is the same gratitude that Allah has given to the Prophet in Surah Al-An'am.That when Allah has done this favour to you, then you should also turn towards Allah and tire yourself in worship.
So the Prophet used to tire himself so much that he used to say to the Prophet, O my Lord, I am tired of worshipping. Aisha says that when he used to pray in the night, his feet used to get swollen.
Abdullah bin Masood narrates that he used to go with the Prophet to his house when he was a child. He says that once he went to his house with the Prophet and I saw that he was praying at night.
So, he says that he slept with the Prophet in the same room. So, he says that the Prophet woke up at night and sprinkled water on his eyes.He did not perform ablution because the Prophet's ablution does not break by sleeping.
So, he says that after that the Prophet stood up for the intention of prayer.Abdullah bin Mas'ud says that I was a child, I just stood up.So, he stood on the left side. So, the Prophet held him by the ear and brought him on his right hand.
He held the prayer by the ear like this. so he made him stand on his right hand to show that a Muqtadi stands on his right hand.
So he says that when the Prophet started his Salah, I had a desire in my heart which I can't describe, which is hurting me while describing it, that I wish I had not stood with the Prophet in Salah.
the Prophet said that the Prophet ﷺ recited Surah Baqarah in his Qiyam. He said that the Prophet ﷺ recited Surah Baqarah in his Qiyam. in the first rakat.Surah Baqarah, Aal-e-Imran and Surah Nisa. These are three long surahs.
He says that even today we read long Surahs in Taraweeh but the speed is not the same and the emotions are not the same.He says that when the Prophet ﷺ did Ruku, it was as long as the Qiyam. And in that he started saying this. of the Qur'an.
So this is how the Prophet used to perform the Tahajjud prayer and this is the same Surah that was revealed in the beginning. All these Surahs are from the beginning of the Quran.
This is the action of the Quranic verses that the Prophet's feet used to become swollen and he used to stand for such a long time. So, in this case, what are the lessons we get?
One lesson we get is that the biggest blessing of Allah is that you get knowledge and tolerance in your heart.Today, some people have knowledge but no tolerance, they become very emotional.
You can see the fatwas of some emotional scholars, how emotional they are. They don't think about the outcome of this fatwa. Now, the government of Pakistan has given permission to the Shias,
Some scholars have said that now we will end all the restrictions of the lockdown and there will be a crowd in the mosques because when the Shias are allowed, why are we not allowed?
They are not seeing that the restrictions on the lockdown or crowd, if we end the restrictions and rush to the mosques, then it is not the loss of the government, whose loss is it?It is ours.
So you are taking revenge from a nation in such a way that we ourselves will be at a loss. What kind of method is this?Think for yourself. This is not a matter of wisdom.
that the government has not given the proof of eligibility, nor has the government given permission to take out a specific group during the lockdown. The government has done wrong, right? So, should we punish the worshippers for that mistake?
If there is a crowd, if there is such a rush in the mosques, and the epidemic has spread, then that epidemic will start multiplying.Just like what happened in Iran, in religious gatherings, how fast the epidemic has spread. So,
Knowledge is also a great blessing, but along with knowledge, you have to be patient in your nature and the power of decision-making.It is a great blessing for a person to think through all the aspects of decision-making.
If you have knowledge but you don't have patience, you don't think, you don't take advice.Whenever you give a fatwa, for example, look at the Urdu drama.Scholars say that fatwa is haram, it is unlawful.
Now what is happening is that our secular class is taking that fatwa to the court. that all the scholars are saying it is unlawful, put restrictions on it.So what is it?
Although the scholars say those dramas are more unlawful, which are spreading a lot of immorality. But what is the secular class doing?
The few fatwas that have come about the scholars' Urtugul, they are making the basis that restrictions should be put on this drama.Although if restrictions are put on this drama, the secular class will benefit, the religious class will be harmed.
So now those who have given a fatwa that it should be prohibited, illegal and strictly prohibited, the fatwa itself is fine, but the consequences of this fatwa, the consequences of this fatwa, all aspects were not considered.
See, Abdullah bin Abbas came to him, and Abdullah bin Abbas realized that he was going to commit adultery. So, he came and asked that if I commit adultery, if someone commits adultery and repents, will his repentance be accepted?
Abdullah bin Abbas said that it will not be accepted.Although if someone repents by committing adultery, then everyone's repentance will be accepted. But what did Abdullah bin Abbas give him as fatwa? It will not be accepted.
Because if he had said that it will be accepted, then he would have done it.He would have done it with the intention that if I repent, my repentance will be accepted, so I got a reward. So, Abdullah ibn Abbas had to misuse that fatwa, right?
So, Abdullah ibn Abbas changed the fatwa. He said that repentance will not be accepted. So, although repentance is accepted, the question arises whether Abdullah ibn Abbas gave the wrong fatwa or not.He did not give it wrong.
One fatwa is that repentance is accepted anyway. One is that he knew that your repentance will not be accepted because you have no intention of repentance. is that the one who repents, he has regret in the past.
You are committing a sin with the intention that I will repent. So, generally, the one who commits a sin with the intention that I will repent, the rule is that he does not repent.
In fact, he repeatedly commits a sin with the same intention and he does not even stay on repentance. So, his repentance is not accepted in terms of the result.
The result means that repentance is accepted but the result is that he ends up committing a sin and goes to hell. So, Abdullah bin Abbas deleted this whole speech and answered in short that repentance is not accepted.
Although everyone's repentance is accepted, but if the kind of repentance you want to do is not accepted, then this kind of repentance will not be accepted.Just like Ibrahim A.S.said, he asked that who made our idols So, Ibrahim A.S.
would have made a very broad statement that I have actually done it.Because I wanted to explain to you that until these idols are not broken like this, you will not understand.
So, he did not go into so much detail, he used politics, which is legitimate politics.People asked, who killed our idols? So, Ibrahim A.S.said, he killed this big idol. So, everyone knew that he didn't kill him.But what did Ibrahim A.S.say?
He killed him.So, Ibrahim A.S.also knew that he believes that he will say it himself. But why should I say it?I will say that he himself will say that he can't do it.So, I am going to explain it again. If he can't do it, then why do you worship him?
He can't even do so much that someone can carry him and take him there. So, there are a lot of rumors about the Urtugul drama that it is haraam, it is unlawful. It is harming the religious and secular sects. And they will put restrictions on it.
What will happen if they put restrictions? Those stupid dramas will continue. In which our caliphate and our history are being distorted. And a drama in which the real direction of our history is being shown.
And the real, that is, the youth are being told what was your history. That movement will end completely. So, that's why we can't call illegitimate as legitimate. But you have to see why they are taking a fatwa from you now.
Why don't they ask about other dramas?A man, Juhaina, started asking me, he was an Ahl-e-Hadith, that can a girl get married without a Wali?I said, why are you asking me?You are an Ahl-e-Hadith.
In Ahl-e-Hadith, a girl cannot get married without the permission of her Wali.He said, I only believe in the Qur'an and Hadith.I said, if you had asked me before today, then you would have always believed in the Qur'an and Hadith.
You have been asking Ahl-e-Hadith scholars about every issue.Today, if you want to marry a girl, I am telling you about the Qur'an and Hadith.Ahl-e-Hadith will tell you about the Torah and the Injil.
They are not telling you about the Qur'an and Hadith. So, a Mufti should not immediately put down his weapon. He should see what is the purpose of the person asking the question and where he will use the answer that you will give.
So, it is very important to have both knowledge and wisdom, wisdom and the power of decision-making, and it is very important to keep all these things in mind while making a decision.
And the scholars need to be very careful in this, otherwise this knowledge becomes the source of destruction. So, in this case, we also know that it is important to have both knowledge and wisdom.
And Allah has granted both to the Prophet, knowledge and wisdom. And this is also evident from his biography. His decisions were not emotional.Look at the biography of the Prophet, Sulah al-Hudaibiyah. All the conditions are for non-Muslims.
Because you knew that if we take action with passion and talk about killing, 1400 companions have pledged allegiance to death, now the war will be great.
If I say that I don't believe in any condition, these 1400 companions have pledged allegiance to death, all of them will bow down in the war, but who will be harmed?
If they are martyred, or even half of them are martyred, then I won't have any people left to work in the future. So what did you do?There is knowledge, but you did it out of laziness.
So in our society, the emotionality that comes with knowledge is a big loss. And if there is only emotion and no knowledge, or only laziness and no knowledge, then this is also wrong.
There has to be knowledge, with knowledge we will know what is right and what is wrong. So it is very important to have both.So what do we find out in this case? The first thing we find out is
that knowledge and wisdom is one of the biggest blessings of Allah and the second thing is that getting the respect of Allah is also a blessing of Allah.
One of the blessings that Allah has bestowed upon Prophet Muhammad is that we have elevated his rank.So this is also a blessing from Allah. So, thirdly, what do we learn from this situation?Well, this is the second one, isn't it?
The first one is knowledge and wisdom, and the second one is knowledge and wisdom, and the third one is knowledge and wisdom, and the fourth one is knowledge and wisdom, and the fifth one is knowledge and wisdom, and the sixth one is knowledge and wisdom, and the seventh one is knowledge and wisdom.
The second point is that being famous is also a blessing from Allah, as long as it is from Allah, you are not hungry for fame.Arabic The scholars have written that this is not a universal rule.
There are some elders who have been tested and in those tests, they died.So it is not necessary that when there are problems, there is ease.Sometimes you die in the same problem, Allah takes it away.
But the fact is that you will get its reward in the hereafter. But usually it happens that if you are in a state of tension today, then most of the time Allah removes that state. So this is what happened with the Prophet.
Allah said, I will remove the tension that is with you.Because your mission was very big and you were troubled a lot, so Allah reassured you.
So that's why if we are in a condition today, if there is a problem, then we should think and be patient that this problem will not always remain.Allah makes that problem easy.Even if we don't do it, we make it a habit of that problem.
The fourth thing we learn is that whenever Allah grants us something, we should be more focused on our worship. You should be thankful by praying, fasting and worshipping Allah.
Just like Allah gave the commandment to the Prophet, Allah gave you these rewards. Now you should get tired of worshipping and be inclined towards your Lord. These were the four things.
The fifth thing we learn is that those who are preaching the religion, it is more important for them to worship Allah, to pray, to fast, to mention Allah, and to wake up at night.
This is more important for them than for those people who are not doing Tabligh.
Today, those people who are involved in Tabligh, who are doing Tabligh all day and night, they say that we don't have time to pray, because we are already engaged in the work of religion.
So the thing is that when you get involved in religious work, you are in contact with people. You are teaching somewhere, teaching somewhere, writing a book, giving a fatwa, or explaining something to people on the internet.
So when you get in contact with people, it automatically weakens the connection with Allah.
Even though you are talking about religion, we have heard from scholars that talking too much about religion sometimes becomes a cause of harm, if your attention is less towards Allah.
So, the scholars say that this worship in solitude, in solitude, it charges your battery.
For example, if you keep talking to people through your mobile phone all day, then the use of the mobile phone will be better, but the battery will slowly go down. So, you have to charge it.Then it will be full, then you can discharge it.
So, the example of a human being is also like this, that the scholars, the preachers, and the people who are doing the work of religion, inviting people to religion, their battery is slowly, they are distributing the love of Allah among people, right?
So when their relationship with Allah starts to weaken So if they get up in loneliness, cry in front of Allah, beg, worship, then there the springs of Allah's love will be born in them and then they will deliver it.
So the missionaries need worship in seclusion more than others. Our Sheikh Mufti Rasheed Ahmed Sahib, may Allah have mercy on him, used to think so much that if Hazrat's recitation ever goes wrong, So, Hazrat used to take leave of recitation.
He didn't take leave of recitation.Right?Hazrat used to say, today there is no recitation, recitation is still left, so today recitation.Although people used to come from far to listen to recitation.
So, he used to say, you will get the reward of intention, leave.Sometimes, there used to be scientific research assemblies in Darul Ulum Kurangi.Hazrat Mufti Taqi Sahib used to be there. There were great scholars in that assembly.
So, those assemblies used to run for 12-18 hours. So, there was no time for worship.
So it used to happen that from morning to afternoon, there would be a gathering, then there would be a break in between, then we would eat and rest for a while, then we would start the meeting. There were research issues, right?
So there would be a lot of busyness for 3-4 days. There was no time for recitation. So when Hazrat Darul Iftah would come, then there would be 2-4 days off for Hazrat Bayan.
He said that the three days of Naga that I had, the Naga of worship and the Naga of recitation, first I will complete the shortcomings and then I will explain.
Then Hazrat used to give an example that if you take out water from the well, then if you take out all the water quickly, then mud will start coming.
So when water is taken out of the well, it is left for a while so that the water that has come out is first covered, clean water comes out and then comes out.
So he used to say that those who are doing the work of preaching the religion of the people of Allah, the light and knowledge of Allah that are coming to their hearts from Allah, this is the water that is being distributed among the people.
So if you sit in solitude and worship in solitude, then these lights will be absorbed again and then will be distributed among the people. If you leave worship and prayers in solitude, then mud will start coming.
Many people who are sitting on YouTube today, they have put people in destruction in the name of Quran, Hadith, Quran, Hadith. The biggest problem with them is that they don't have the fear of Allah, they don't have the love of Allah.
So, they are not the type of people who will fall in loneliness.Look at Haji Abdul Wahab, he was not a scholar. How much work of religion did he take from Allah?Sorry, Allah took from him.Even I am starting to feel dizzy.
How much work of religion did Allah take from him? I am not a religious scholar. So, they have done so many worships in solitude that I don't know where do people come from to hear two words from their tongue.Although it is not a big place.
Although knowledge is also important.Sometimes it happens that if there is no knowledge, then instead of worship, it is the opposite of benefit. So knowledge and the worship of solitude are both very important.
When they are important for the Prophet, then who are you and I?So this also tells us that at night we should do something. And this also tells us that so much worship should be done at night in solitude so that you feel tired.
Even if it's not that much, there should be at least a little tiredness. And what is the worship of the night?Namaz and Dua.There are only two things mentioned in the Qur'an for Namaz. They pray at night and ask for Dua.
So we know the importance of these two things from this Surah. How much time is left? 8 minutes, 7 minutes are left. Now we will try to finish in 7 minutes. After this I have explained the translation and grammar of Surah Wateeni Wa Zaitooni.
Now I will explain its Tafseer. In this Surah Allah has taken the oath of 3 things.Of fig, olive and Makkah.Allah has taken the oath of 3 things and said that in the best way we have created man.
Now in these three, I have made a comparison between a promise and an answer.I told you that a promise is an answer, a claim. The comparison is that figs and olives are the best food in terms of material.Figs and olives.
The benefits of figs are mentioned by medical scientists and doctors. that figs are very powerful. What is the basic purpose of food?To get energy. So you get a lot of energy from figs.
The basic purpose of food is to get energy and good food is to get energy but there is no side effect.Energy is getting.Energy is also obtained by current.Waleed Bhai, you give me your hand and turn on the button.Energy is energy.Okay.
Absolutely lazy. What will be the final result?Far away.Okay.You will get so much energy. So, you also get energy from cold drink, which you drink Pepsi. It is full of energy. It has great power. But side effects are very high. So, what does fig do?
It is very powerful, but it has no side effects. It will eat a lot of something. It will eat everything. But normally, it cleanses the blood. and many diseases of the stomach are cured. In the stomach, insects are eliminated, constipation is eliminated.
Powerful things produce constipation. So, pure blood is produced from it.It is considered to be one of the best foods. After this is olive. The best oil in the world is olive oil. I have been to Turkey where I have seen a lot of Shami people there.
They are extremely beautiful people. So we used to think why are they so beautiful?Their diet starts with figs and olives and ends with figs and olives. So from that we know that their skin becomes translucent like this.
There is another place in the Quran where Allah has praised the olive tree. There is no smoke in the olive oil, you can light a lamp with it, it doesn't smell bad.And the cholesterol and other problems in other oils are not in the olive oil.
It is full of energy. The sugar level is zero, there is no sugar in it.In fact, it is beneficial in sugar. So, Allah has taken these two oaths and then took an oath of this peaceful city of Mecca.
So, now the question arises, what is the relationship between Mecca, figs and olives? and then he swears and says that we have made humans the best. So, in reality, humans have two types of food, one is spiritual and the other is physical.
Humans need both types of food. If a person only gets material food and no spiritual training, then he will become a donkey, a bull.Like bodybuilders, they are very fit.If their morals are good, then fine.
If they are a thief, then they are not worthy of being called a good person. So, a person needs both types of food, spiritual and physical.Spiritual food comes from Wahi and Wahi comes to the Prophets.
So the source of spiritual knowledge is Mecca because when the revelation was revealed for the first time on the Prophet, then where was it revealed?Mecca. So through Mecca, people have received spiritual nourishment.
and the best spiritual food is from Mecca and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food is from the figs and the best spiritual food
And it has a lot of protein.Whereas, fig has a lot of carbohydrates. So, a person needs carbohydrates, right? He needs starch to run his body.He also needs sugar, right? So, fig has a lot of sugar. And it has a lot of protein. and not sweet.
So, Allah says that the creature that is being fed with figs and olives and its spiritual food is from Mecca, then both of these things are witnesses to the fact that there is no better creature in the world than man.
That is, its food, physical food is also removed, children, and its spiritual food is also removed, children.Look at the cat, it is eating pebbles. Is this a physical food? what is of the
So these things are a witness to the fact that we have created man in the best of both spiritual and physical forms.Neither is there anyone greater than man in spiritual form, nor in the form of a body. The most beautiful thing is man, right?
