No matter which way it goes, it will be a historic moment, a watershed moment in the direction of this great constitutional republic. That said, it is a remarkably busy, big news day.
A lot of developments that have effects on both the outcome of the election and just the sentiments of the American people and their trust in the election system. And a story that we have kept going. over and over and over.
We've been digging in trying to learn what's going on with ActBlue. Why is Congress so concerned about it?A major development today.
The Biden administration Treasury Department has told Congress, and we're going to get to this in a second, they've confirmed to Congress, they have hundreds of suspicious activity reports, flagging transactions, potentially foreign money,
going in or through Act Blue. Now, we got to wait and see if that turns out to be true, but there's been a notification.
In fact, the notification indicates that this may be one of the largest surrendering or production of suspicious activity reports ever provided to Congress. That is a pretty big moment.
Meanwhile, the Democrats are dealing with the fallout of Garbagegate. You know what I'm talking about.Joe Biden yesterday stepping on Kamala Harris's planned message of unity by saying, Trump supporters are garbage.Oh my God.
We went from deplorables to garbage.
He won up Hillary Clinton and the deplorable lines and it could not have come at a worse time for Kamala Harris is already struggling in the polls and her big night where she was going to try to come up with a final unifying message stepped on by her boss and today she had to go out and repudiate
what President Joe Biden said, saying, I don't agree with what he said. That's not who I am.That distances those two and probably takes a little wind out of the sail of Joe Biden for trying to help Kamala Harris in the final days.
Not that he has a lot of juice, but that's a really big deal. But the big, big story, which broke on Just the News early this morning, it is epic, it's important,
Virginia, Glenn Youngkin and Jason Mayaris, the attorney general there, have won an epic win at the United States Supreme Court. The United States Supreme Court, though divided, and I think that's important to think.
The Democrats don't think it's important to get non-citizens off the voter rolls. The Supreme Court ruled that Virginia may, in fact,
remove 1,500 people who have self-identified as non-citizens and ineligible to vote from the voter rolls before Election Day.That's an important win for election integrity, important win for the process.
It's very important to note the Justice Department approved the way Virginia did this and then it turned around and sued them when they did it.
And then a federal judge appointed by a Democrat ruled against him saying, you can't remove those names even though they're ineligible. You got to put it back on.Glenn Youngkin didn't take that as the final answer. He went to court.
That is an historic ruling. It is an epic ruling. It is one of the big developments today. That's the sort of news day it's been.Just the news is chock full of major developments. And we're going to have some new ones tonight and tomorrow.
We've got a shocking story about the CIA and its allegiance to DEI, diversity, equity, and inclusion, the liberal agenda that says that people should have equal outcomes, not equal opportunities, but equal outcomes. That is pretty remarkable.
And so that is an important development in Bucks County. The GOP has won a lawsuit and they've gotten a court to rule that there can be three extra days of extended voting because the lines have been so long in Bucks County.
That's where I was back in April.I attended the boot camp for boomers and described as a journalist why early voting had become so important in the election.
Now, a major ruling, Michael Whatley announced it, three extended early in-person mail-in voting through November 1st.It was supposed to end today, but the lines have been long. The processing has been slow.Republicans want every vote to count.
That's a win. for that very important debate in one of the most important bellwether counties in one of the most important bellwether states this year, Pennsylvania, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. That story trending large on Just the News as well.
And I want to get back to Act Blue in a second, but one other one, we're all looking at some of these polls moving and a lot of the Republican Senate candidates have been moving even with President Trump in the battleground states, Mike Rogers and
Minnesota. You heard last week from Bernie Marino in Ohio, who's moved up in the polls. You've got Nevada looking pretty good for Republican Senate candidate Brown. He's done a good job there.Sam Brown.
You've got the Pennsylvania Republicans getting heavy about their chances in the Senate race there.West Virginia looks like a slam dunk.Republicans will pick up that seat. And it looks like in Montana, Tim Shee is going to pick up the seat.
There could be It could be 52, 53, 54, even 55 seats if Larry Hogan were to win.And Eric Hovde, out in Wisconsin, who's been on the show, that's another big guy who's been moving in the polls.
And by the way, President Trump is out in Wisconsin right now campaigning.I think Brett Favre, the great football player for the Green Bay Packers, which as you know, is as important to Wisconsin as anything. He's going to be there today.
I wouldn't be surprised if Donald Trump drove out a garbage truck and made a little bit of fun of that rally and garbage gate.
Joe Biden obviously putting his foot in the mouth in a big way and really hurting Kamala Harris at the most critical final juncture of the election. We now have this extraordinary continuum of intolerance that the Democratic Party started.Hillary
Hillary Clinton called Republicans and Trump supporters deplorables, and they were fascists and Nazis and dictators, and now they're called garbage.I'm sure all of our guests today will react to that.
But in a state that we weren't watching for a while, because Carrie Lake had been a little bit behind in the polls, we bring her on the show a lot, big fan of Her as a journalist, I've known her for a long time.Carrie Lake is surging in Arizona.
In fact, there's a new poll out that has her up slightly under one point, but that's a major shift from a few weeks ago where in some polls she was down high single digits or even double digits.
Carrie Lake's message beginning to resonate in Arizona, that border message perhaps becoming one of the most important. messaging and stories that are going on there.
So, Virginia, Arizona, Pennsylvania, lots of history being made in the course of the last few days. All right, folks, we're going to take a quick commercial break. We'll be right back after these messages.

Now, we're not saying ActBlue is doing something wrong.
We're saying there's evidence, according to Congress, not according to me, but according to Congress, that foreign countries, specifically Iran, China, Venezuela, and Russia, may have been routing money in the form of straw donations, fake donors or donors.
They assume the identity of a real American donor. They move money through ActBlue. That's the concern.
Well, today we learned from Chairman James Comer of the House Oversight Committee that the Treasury Department confirmed it has hundreds of suspicious activity reports.
These are the required money laundering alert reports that the Bank Secrecy Act requires banks to thing when they see a transaction that looks like money laundering specifically and most importantly or most often foreign money laundering.
Well, there's hundreds of these reports, according to the story I broke this morning. And while that's happened, ActBlue just got subpoenaed by another House chairman, Congressman Brian Stile, the chairman of the House Administration Committee.
Comer, Stile, and Johnson have driven this investigation for more than a year. They've done computer analyses. They have interviewed witnesses in the banking community that told them there were problems. They asked for the SARS.
They've confirmed the existence of the SARS now. There's a whistleblower in Wisconsin who said his email address was used to make donations in his identity that he did not make. All of these have happened.Just a few minutes ago, Brian Stout issued
a subpoena to ActBlue, requiring them to turn over documents on how they're verifying donors, whether they made any changes, why they weren't using the CVV number. That's a key protection for fraud on credit card donation transactions.
This is a big moment, but the big moment is what Comer revealed in this letter.
He sent the memo to all of his members of Congress last night, his fellow lawmakers saying, Treasury has not yet produced any records, but it is currently reviewing hundreds of potentially responsive records according to three video conference calls between the committee and Treasury staff since the initial request a few weeks ago.
Treasury revealed this is one of the largest reviews it has conducted this Congress. That means that the search for SARS is significant. Will that translate into something that shows that there's foreign intrusion in the elections?
I don't know yet, but it's very, very important.Meanwhile, while that's going on, Style dropped a subpoena today on ActBlue CEO Regina Wallace-Jones.
She's been running ActBlue the last few years during the time when some of these controversies began surfacing. And she's going to be required to divulge to Congress any changes to ActBlue's CVV verification policy. That's a security number.
Documents relating to contributions ActBlue has processed via prepaid cards. That's something that Congress is worried about.Any entities that ActBlue de-platformed due to a decision not to process any third-party payments.
And all reports received from US citizens alleging unauthorized or fraudulent donations made in their names. That's a big deal. That subpoena went out just a few moments ago.
You got it first because you listened to John Solomon Reports, the podcast from Just the News.
Now, tomorrow, we're going to tell you about a disturbing story involving the whistleblower, Gary Shapley, who forever changed the course of the Biden family business scandal.
Hunter Biden is a convicted felon because of the courage Gary Shapley showed as an IRS agent who blew the whistle on efforts to obstruct that investigation. He's going to pay a price for that.
Not a price he deserves, but a price many whistleblowers often pay. We're going to tell you about that tomorrow.Stay tuned. That's a big story. All right. We've got that great show.
At the top of the show today, Ron Johnson, senator from Wisconsin, driving force in the Act Blue investigation. He started on this a year ago.
A year ago he started on this, and now it is extraordinarily developed into a sprawling, wide-ranging, and accelerating investigation.Nineteen attorney generals in the states are investigating.
House oversight, House administration, and Senate permanent subcommittee investigations all investigating.Subpoenas going out, confirmation that there are money laundering reports.
This is a big, big, big deal, and we've kept you up to speed on it all throughout.Senator Ron Johnson is going to get us through that. In the second block of the show, we're going to turn to somebody who knows something about oversight, too.
He was the chief oversight lawyer for Congress a decade or so ago, Bobby Charles, national spokesman for AMAC.It's AMAC Wednesday. You know what that means. We get to have that great conversation with Bobby. We're not only going to ask him about
Act Blue.We also asked Ron Johnson about the second issue, the Democrat intolerance, the party of anger and hatred and rejection and name-calling, deplorables, Nazis, fascists, garbage. These are the terms that Democrats are
knowing and willfully and repeatedly applying to their opponents. We don't do name-calling in America. At least we shouldn't do name-calling in America.
We're better than that, especially in an election where Americans have said, I want solutions, not recriminations.
Well, Bobby Charles is going to walk us through that history, what it may mean for the Democratic Party, why it has led to defections like that of Bobby Kennedy Jr.
That'll be a great second conversation on this Wednesday edition of John Solomon Reports, the podcast from Just the News. All right. We have lots of important people to shout out today.
Of course, we're going to tell you about AMAC and you can go to amac.us slash justnews right now and go get a membership with a big discount and say thank you for all that Bobby Charles and Rebecca Weber and everybody else does to support Just the News.

We'll be back in one second with a great interview with Ron Johnson. All right, folks, welcome back from the commercial break.I've said often the hard work of doing oversight in Congress, it's thankless. It is hard, tireless work.
It goes sometimes weeks and months without results because of the way that the deep state and the bureaucracy resists oversight, resists cooperating with Congress. But when Congress does it well, it results in really important information.
And as you heard at the top of the show today, that has happened in the last few days.
When the Treasury Department notified Congress, there are hundreds, that's the exact word in the letter, hundreds of suspicious activity reports, flagging transactions of donations flowing in and out of the ActBlue fundraising platform.
That's the online juggernaut that the Democrats have used to raise billions of dollars over the last decade or so.
The reason this investigation got started, the reason this investigation persisted, the reason that it is now bearing fruit for the American people to get transparency is the work of our next guest.
Senator Ron Johnson was one of the first to flag that blue and the concerns back in 2023.He worked with his colleagues in the House relentlessly, put his own crack team of great investigators on it.
And now we're getting to see there's a real scandal here. And we're very lucky to be joined by the senator himself right now. Senator, great to have you on the show.
Well, John, you're too kind. You know how much you've contributed to this effort as well.I mean, it's definitely a team effort because these federal agencies are not transparent. They are the law, so they hold themselves above the law.
So it's just enormously frustrating. You need the subpoena power. You have to be able to compel testimony. That's what the House has.
And I'm so grateful to Chairman Cromer and Stile for threatening that subpoena authority to start getting some of these answers. you know, such a clear violation of campaign finance law.And it's so frustrating.Yeah.
I contacted the FTC back in March, April, 2023, when James O'Keefe broke the story about smurfing and, uh, you know, just got, you know, the middle finger from the FTC.They wouldn't even tell us where they're investigating it.
And then when we were briefed in a secure setting, uh, the week or so before we left on the, the election recess here. by DNI Paines and FBI Director Wray.I mean, that was my question. What are you guys doing?
Again, the whole briefing was on foreign interference in our election, right?Like, duh.Mike Lee said, you know, it's deja vu all over again.
So I asked him about real potential foreign influence, which could be funneling millions of dollars, you know, laundering it through ActBlue, breaking up millions of dollars into tens, probably hundreds of thousands of donations
of $5, $10, $20 worth millions of dollars to Democrat candidates. And Director Wray looked clueless, didn't know what I was talking about.DNI Haynes said nothing. She was mum. Then they shut down the briefing.
It didn't give me a chance to get my next line of questioning, which, what are you doing about illegal immigrants voting?
All the instances we're seeing of illegal immigrants registered to vote, sometimes without their knowledge, what are you doing to investigate that? violation of federal law.Again, they're not.
I mean, that's what's so frustrating about this is it's just turning a blind eye.And I just view that as utter partisan corruption within our federal agencies.
Well, you sent the letter along with us, Chairman Stile, a few weeks ago, demanding the SARS.And you, of course, have a great history in working with SARS to get Americans important answers.
The entire Hunter Biden case, I think, turned in great degree when you found the suspicious activity reports that showed that
The Biden family had millions of dollars flowing in from very suspect sources in China and Russia and Ukraine and Kazakhstan.Romania was another one. That became a really important development.
SARS are very important tools and they're supposed to alert the FBI, the Treasury Department, to wrongdoing.
The fact that now the Treasury Department has told Congress, according to this Comer memo, that there are hundreds of them and the FBI director is clueless about that sort of level. The threshold for SARS are pretty high, right?
So when one gets filed, it's a pretty serious matter, right? It should be.It should be taken seriously.
And again, that's what should be on everybody's mind, what they should be questioning is, OK, so you get these, you require banks to provide these suspicious activity reports. What do you do with them?
If you're not going to do anything with them, don't make the banks go through the work. But again, my own suspicion is, again, within the deep state, you have leftist operatives, and they see this stuff, and they just bury it.
So let's face it, those fires for Hunter Biden, you had a Republican administration. I'm not aware that they had done anything about them.By the way, they cooperate. They turn them over to us.So I appreciate that.
But again, you had Christopher Wray as FBI director.I would say he's a leftist partisan based on his performance to date. But now you have two instances where you have suspicious activity reports alleging illegal activity by a Democrat or Democrats.
And the Treasury Department doesn't pass that over to, or if they did, over to federal law enforcement.Federal law enforcement appears to have done nothing about it.
Again, this is a real problem when you don't have the equal application of justice in this law, where the only people get jailed are, for example, Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon for not complying with January 6th Committee.
But Democrats who show contempt for Congress get cited for contempt of Congress. They don't get prosecuted. They don't go to jail. And this is, again, this is outrageous, the dual system of justice we have in this country.
Yeah, it's amazing. And the size and scope of this is so important.ActBlue, on its homepage, when you go to actblue.com, it brags that it has raised $16 billion with a B, $16 billion online since 2004.That is an astronomical amount of money.
In the last couple of years, we know, I know from my law enforcement sources, there were red flags being raised about money coming in.I think Chairman Stiles' letter and your style mentions four countries, Iran, China, Russia, and Venezuela.
Three decades ago, the Democrats had a scandal, Chinagate, where China money, Chinese money came in to help Bill Clinton and the Democrats win the 1996 election.
The idea that four foreign powers could be involved in some way with this, it should create a lot of alarm, but there's hardly any coverage even in the news media.
Because it's involved with a Democrat fundraising operation here. And again, I personally don't believe this is limited just to foreign, we'll call them investors. Okay.Um, my guess is, uh, this is probably happening with the U S donors as well.
Again, that's just a guess.I have, I have no proof of that, but, uh, again, the, the billions of dollars that act blue has raised, again, this supposedly the party of, of, uh, you know, the lower income Americans, uh, don't, don't believe it.
I mean, we we've seen a shift in our politics. It's not Republicans that represent the working men and women of this country, the people that truly put in the efforts to make this country great. The Democrats are the party of the elite.
and people who are dependent on government, which is why we're mortgaging our children's future. But the fact that that party can raise and so outrace Republicans when it comes to low-dollar donors.
I mean, really, are these people on welfare, are they that flush with cash that they can be making literally tens of thousands of five, 10, $20 donations that add up to hundreds of thousands of dollars?Obviously not.
This is obviously a violation of law.And it's just so frustrating that The FBI Director Wray, at least he feigned total ignorance of this. That's, again, it's galling.
Yeah. No, it is.And it's head-scratching too, because if we're going to keep our
system free of foreign interference, which the FBI has made a big deal about when allegations surface around Republicans, they should have as much a dedication to making sure that it's free from interference when Democrats are maybe the beneficiaries, and there does seem to be that dual standard.
There's something very important in the letters that you and Chairman Stile wrote, and that is the acknowledgement by ActBlue in an earlier correspondence with Congress that it had chosen to not require the CVV number.
That's the security number on the back of your credit card that makes sure that you are the holder of the credit card, only you have that number.
It's designed to protect against money laundering and specifically identity theft, someone using your credit card without your permission. And it's a comment.
If you go on Amazon or Walmart online and you buy something, you're asked to put that CVV in.But ActBlue wasn't, by its own admission, asking for that. Now, I know they deserve the benefit of the doubt.
We don't know if they're complicit or not in this.
No, they don't deserve the benefit of the doubt.
You think that's intentional.I mean, that really caught my attention, that the CVV number not being asked. Why would you avoid the most common form of identity theft protection? What have you learned about that?
What do you think about that now that you've had some time to absorb it?
Well, we just exposed it.And again, I don't give them the benefit of the doubt.I think this is a fairly corrupt enterprise here. And we saw what Hillary Clinton did.
They broke down these large donations into smaller donations where you don't have to report things. So again, these guys know how to cheat. They want to make it easy to cheat.I mean, not including that CVV number makes it easy to cheat.
So again, when you make something easy, when you make it easy to violate the law, you're doing that for a reason, because you want to violate the law and not get caught. But I think they're going to get caught.
And again, what's so outrageous about the FBI and the FDC, again, we couldn't even get out of the FDC whether they're investigating this. This should not be that difficult to investigate. You've got financial transactions.
Somebody's depositing a large amount of money somewhere. then that money is being broken up into five, 10, 15, $20 donations. That should all be very traceable. So again, I don't have that.
I can't go into a bank, as the United States senators say, show me your records. But the FBI can.Other law enforcement can.
So again, we're going to have to rely on them until, again, I appreciate that Chairman Comer and Chairman Stilner are threatening subpoenas, issuing subpoenas on this. that's what it'll take.
But you see also, certainly federal agencies, they don't honor subpoenas. They just give us the middle finger. So, you know, take us to court.
Even the Attorney General does himself.
It is.Yeah.There's no real cooperation anymore. And that's a tragedy because Americans benefit when there's honest oversight, like what you've been trying to do.You said something very profound.
And I think this election, when we look back at it a year from now, will be the election where elitism took on populism and populism may have won.
The people wanting to have their opinions heard, not being treated as though they're stupid or need to be led around by the nose. And in the last two weeks, the tenor and tone of Kamala Harris and most Democrats' campaigns have turned very negative.
They don't want to offer any solutions. They want to call people garbage and fascists and Hitler and dictators. And I
I wonder, in a state that has a profound amount of common sense—I got to live in Wisconsin for eight years, it was some of the best moments of my life—it's a no-nonsense, common-sense group of people that work hard and appreciate merit.
When people hear all name-calling and no solutions, is that potentially boomeranging and maybe having the opposite effect of what Democrats hope?
Well, it should if it were reported on by the legacy media.I mean, the most recent comment, it's outrageous. Again, it's nothing new, but the mainstream media is trying to cover up, oh, there's an apostrophe behind that.
He was talking about the supporters' rhetoric. No, he's talking about the supporters. It's obvious. But it's been obvious for a long time, John.
Again, Biden's been accusing half America of being potential domestic terrorists, and Kamala Harris, again, Nazi lovers. But Hillary Clinton, deplorables.Michelle Obama, never proud of her country until her husband got elected president.
Biden, I mean, President Obama, you know, they get, uh, they get, well, what do you call it?Um, whatever it was, they, they cling to their guns.
Oh yeah.Guns and God.Yeah.Guns and guns and religion.That's it.Yeah.Guns and religion.That's right.
They get bitter.Okay.They cling to their guns. And, but, but probably the worst one was when he, right before he got elected, he said in five days, we're going to fundamentally transform America.
And I always ask the question, I mean, do you even like something that you want to, funnily transformed, much less love something.I mean, it's like I wake up in the morning, look at Jane, I love you.And I'm going to change everything about you.
You need a little fundamental transformation that won't go over very well. But again, it doesn't.So, so the Democrat, the party elite, their leaders, they don't, they don't love this country.Look at, he sat in the pew of Reverend Wright.
He said, no, not God bless America.God fill in the blank America.Obama sat in his pew for years. That is their attitude. They don't think. that half of America is really worth anything. They think we're garbage. They think we're domestic terrorists.
So if the American people understood that, and if the media were honest, unbiased, if they weren't basically activists for the left, these elections wouldn't even be close, but we have a very biased and very dishonest, corrupt and complicit media.
And so it's going to be a nail-biter.It's just unfortunate.
Yeah, it will be.It's all going to be about ground game, something that you did very effective in 2022.And it seems like Eric Hovde is doing the same thing this year.I think he's one of the surprise candidates.
A lot of media maybe wrote him off early on, but his knowledge of the banking system is his common sense way of campaigning. And he's got a ground game much like you developed in 2022.Are you feeling good about where Hovde is?
And could he be one of the surprises or one of the big winners for Republicans on Tuesday night?
Yeah, the polls are firm.So there's not really a gap between him and president Trump. And it will depend on, on how president Trump does and, and our, and our get out vote effort. We've done very, been very successful at early voting.
Uh, I'm hoping that, uh, you know, just is magnified then by, you know, generally we, we went on election day as well. So, you know, it's, it's certainly a winnable race. There's no doubt about it.
You know, again, unfortunately we've got a highly biased media here in Wisconsin. Tammy Baldwin's campaign has been just a pack of lies.
Also a big beneficiary of ActBlueMoney.
Yeah, and she has been a beneficiary of ActBlueMoney.
Plus, you know, the hypocrisy of her calling for domestic partners of gay couples to disclose their financial results until she has a gay partner that she doesn't want to disclose and doesn't get into a formal relationship, doesn't get married, but just shares a condo with this person.
So that's being slowly exposed here as well. 38 years in politics, I'm not aware that she's done anything.
I think the best line in the Trump rally in Madison Square Garden was by Tucker when he talked about how Kamala Harris would never be accused of doing anything useful. And the same line would apply to Tammy Baldwin.
I'm not aware of anything other than advocating for biological males competing in girls' sports.Use their locker rooms.I mean, that is what the radical left is pushing on America. It's repugnant, quite honestly. It's insane. It's crazy.
but it's all been normalized by a corrupt, complicit, radical left media.
Yeah, that's a really great point and something very important.I wanted to ask one last question today.President Trump will be back in Wisconsin again.A little bit of football royalty apparently showing up.
Brett Favre, the great NFL quarterback, Super Bowl winner for the legendary Green Bay Packers.Donald Trump has had some very impressive
surrogates with him all the time, whether it's Elon Musk one day and Robert F. Kennedy and Tulsi Gabbard, now Brett Favre, other amazing surrogates.
The other surrogates, the surrogates that the Democrats have used, Joe Biden, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, have sort of backfired.
They've actually created controversy for Kamala Harris, the superstars, and Donald Trump's have been, I think, pretty routinely successful in connecting. How important is it that Brett Favre shows up in Wisconsin five days from Election Day?
Well, I think it's, it's very important. And what it represents is again, this coalition that Donald Trump, uh, this realignment that he's been responsible for.
I mean, he really has turned the Republican party into the party of the working men and women in this country. And the fact that you have a RFK jr.And Tulsi Gabbard, I was just with them last night in Madison. They had a crowd.
I'd say 40, 50% of the crowd. When Tulsi asked how many are Democrats or former Democrats is about half the crowd. It was, it was pretty impressive.
So again, this, this is, again, it's the leadership that doesn't like American America or Americans, but most Democrats do love this country. And I think they're waking up to really how poorly Democrats have represented them.
And, and again, how they don't particularly like this country or at least half the citizens. They don't like people that vote for them, that give them the power to literally destroy this country. So no, I think, I think it's huge.
It's also a real demonstration of how you. uh, unify a healed and divided nation. You, you reach out, you set differences aside, you focus on airs agreement with Bobby Kennedy.
It's chronic illness, uh, with all these other people, you know, Elon Musk, obviously, uh, I don't think he's always been a Republican, but he, he, he recognized the threat.
In danger, the Democrat party represents to this country as does Tulsi Gabbard and Bobby Kennedy. So again, these are people who love this country. They're smart.
I mean, he's assembling a coalition of really smart people that can hopefully start tackling these nations or these problems by starting to unify us.
There was a profound line the day that Bobby Kennedy announced he was leaving the Democratic Party. And he said, I didn't leave the Democratic Party. The Democratic Party left me.
They abandoned common sense, the common sense that was at my uncle and my father's party.
And I thought it was such a profound line because a lot of Democrats I meet on the road who recognize me, or we get into a conversation, they're saying similar things, which is, I still want to be a Democrat, but the Democrats are making me hard to be one.
That's why I'm considering changing parties. I think this election may be that moment where people say, I've had enough, I'm jumping ship. It'll be interesting to see.
You know, John, Bobby Kenney's not the first one to utter that.I think probably Ronald Reagan uttered that.
I mean, some of the, you know, real leaders of the conservative movement were once Democrats, which just proves, I mean, the Republican Party, we have a heart, okay?We are concerned about our fellow Americans.
We just have a different way of approaching it. Uh, we want to lift all boats, you know, recognizing it's economic growth. It's a low tax burden. It's a low regulatory burden. That's how you, that's how you benefit every American, uh, with.
Compassion, you know, we're concerned about each other. So again, it's, it's, uh, this has been happening for decades. This is not the Democrat party of my parents and grandparents.
This is a radical left group of people that their leaders, their leaders do not love America. They don't, they want to fundamentally transform it.So I hope people take that into account and join.
the new coalition, the new political realignment of people who do love this country and want to make it great again.
Yeah, no, that's really important. It is.And I think that's what it is.It's about not being a party member this time. It's about being an American and fixing and standing behind this country.
Well, sir, one thing I know of, I've watched you for many years now do oversight work. You know it's hard. You're not afraid of the hard work. You're not afraid of the battles. You stick to the facts and you get us the truth. And I think this next
iteration of the Act Blue revelations are going to prove that your instinct and your work is going to pay dividends for the American people.Really great to have you on the show today. Thanks for spending some time.I know how busy you are.
Thanks for all your efforts, and I'm looking forward to working with you in the future to expose the truth.
Yes, and you may be called chairman soon if the Republicans win Tuesday night. That'll be great for the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigation. So much to investigate.Great to have you on, sir.Stay well.Thank you, sir.
All right, folks, what a great conversation. We're going to take a quick commercial break. We'll be right back after these messages. All right, folks, welcome back from the commercial break.
So much to discuss and on a day when we have major developments and a major congressional investigation and really a massive fallout from a incumbent president really stepping on his vice president's opportunity to win the election.
I thought we'd bring in one of our most learned folks.By the way, it's Wednesday, so we're doing AMAC Wednesday anyway, so why not bring in the one, the only, Bobby Charles.Bobby, great to have you back on the show.
Hey, John, it's always a real joy to be on the show with you.
We love having you on.We walk away wiser every time we have a conversation. So I'm excited. And I want to start with last night.Kamala Harris was going to go do a speech on the mall, use the January 6th backdrop and try to call for unity.
And her boss stepped on it by having an impromptu comment on video where he basically says, those people who follow Donald Trump, they're just garbage, making it one step up from the old deplorables comment of Hillary Clinton.
How big of a foopah is this?
Well, I think it's pretty significant.I could say it's one step down or one step up, I guess, in the level of intensity.
Can you imagine, you know, Richard Nixon saying that John F. Kennedy's followers were all garbage or Ronald Reagan saying that Jimmy Carter's followers were all garbage?Of course not.It would never happen.
And so what we're witnessing here is the disintegration of any sense
of commitment to the kind of historical dialogue that characterizes professional actually characterizes presidential campaigns or any campaign it's it's sort of a bottom of the barrel uh... attacks because frankly i can see it and we can all see that there's almost nothing for harris to run on and so you know i'm unfortunately the i think what we're also witnessing here john and and it demonstrates how arrogant and delete
these people are they they they see themselves as above all the rest of us the rest of us don't qualify you know eighty million americans who voted for trump or or whatever the number was and and will be are all now immediately disqualified as americans were just garbage and deplorable and that's how they think of us and so they had to keep the cap on this thing they keep it simmering but they they don't let it boil over very often but the but often it doesn't
You know, frankly, I'll go one level deeper, John. When people hear these attacks saying that Trump is Hitler and fascism and all this, and I've written about this at amac.us, a fascist is a very different thing from what we're witnessing here.
It's a centralizer of power for oppression. It is not a decentralizer of power for purposes of empowerment and liberty, protection of liberty.
But when you see this kind of behavior, the garbage comment, the deplorables from Hillary Clinton previously, the fascism comment, it demonstrates very clearly what's really happening here.
And we, there are past elections where extremes were vocalized. And what happens is Donald Trump is a populist.Okay.
Like Theodore Roosevelt or Andrew Jackson, or frankly, Thomas Jefferson, where he believes the common man's voice is really what he represents. And that, by the way, was also true of Ronald Reagan. I would also argue it was true of Harry Truman, okay?
The opposing side of that is elites.Arrogant elites that think they can make all the decisions for you and mandate that you follow them because they're in charge. So in some ways what this does is it puts a magnifying glass
on what is really happening in the country what's really happening is you have a group of people who feel that they have been disrespected in a universal way from taxes to the border to public safety to drugs to everything they've been their prerogatives the sovereign voice of america has been suppressed and so they are supporting donald trump hispanics are black black uh... males are a bit they're saying you know what
I see this guy as coming to, uh, my rescue and saying that I count.
And on the flip side of that, you have a president of the United States now and his surrogate, his vice president is, uh, you know, a comrade in arms who is out there saying the rest of you are garbage.Okay.If you don't support me, you're garbage.
Just like Biden said, if you don't support me, you're not black.Okay.Uh, you know what, what arrogance?
And you know what, if there's anything Americans, I would say, you know, to kind of paraphrase Debussy Fields, the only two things that Americans hate are arrogance in power and being told they don't have a sense of humor.
And the left is arrogant and doesn't have a sense of humor.
And it's really, really important.
It's serious business, John. It's serious business because what it demonstrates is the soul of the man.
And they, that group of people, the Tim Walz's, the Harris's, the Pelosi's, the Schumer's, the Schiff's, the Raskin's, the Biden's, they hate average Americans because they look down on them, because they think they're not as smart as the people who are in power, i.e.
them. And I think the irony is the greatest leaders we've ever had have seen themselves as servants of the common man.Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, okay? They did not think of themselves as better than the average man.
They thought they were the average man.
Yeah, the elitism. This really is a battle between the American people and the elitists who control government, big tech, big media.
And the ultimate repudiation will be that big tech, big government, big media couldn't, and big Democrats couldn't sway the election because the American people have such a powerful voice.
I think that may be the final verdict if this election turns out the way the polls are.
I want to talk a little bit about the evolution of the Democratic Party because when I was growing up in the 70s, the Democratic Party portrayed itself as the party of tolerance.
Its members and its alliance with the ACLU even defended the right of Nazis to protest in Schaumburg, Illinois. They understood that free speech was essential. And today, they seem to repudiate free speech.
They call the First Amendment inconvenient, and they call anyone who disagrees with them the most pejorative terms. They've sort of morphed into the party of intolerance. One could argue the potty of intolerance, too.But it is just so remarkable.
How did that party, how did the party of fighting for free speech rights of people you didn't like suddenly become the party that wants to censor everybody that doesn't agree with them?
Well, you know, I, I, I worked as an assistant secretary of state for Colin Powell and watched public corruption infect, um, parties and governments all over the world.
And what I see here is a combination of money and arrogance, prolonged periods of time in power right here in Maine, that Democrat parties either had a veto or control for 32 or 34 years. They're very arrogant.
And so what happens is arrogance creates a kind of, One party government is like a weed garden. And what happens is it overgrows everything else. And so what, what has happened is that the Democrat party has lost its origins.
If its origins were back in the, you know, the era of Truman and FDR and JFK, those are all gone. What has replaced them in the void, uh, you know, as those have been, those have been pushed out by big money.
They've been, been pushed out by the arrogance of power.
uh... and and and what and what what you feed john is ultimately a party that has decided that the best way to hold control expand and concentrate power is to become the anti bill of rights party so what they've done is john kerry says we don't like the first amendment which means they don't like free speech and free exercise of religion and your ability to bring your grievances by protest okay uh... it didn't we had a democrat
appointed and retired uh... justice stevens who said he wanted to abolish the second amendment if you get rid of first amendment the second amendment the fifth the sixth the eighth the tenth all go away so what you have is you have right now john a president presidential candidate in donald trump former president and i'm gonna argue two-thirds of the country maybe three-quarters because a lot of people stay home and don't vote and they should vote because they're the future depends on it but you've got a lot of the country who says you know what
I don't buy into this.I want my free speech.I may or may not go to church every Sunday, but I want that opportunity.I don't want you to take my guns away because We had to defeat something up here.
AMAC defeated this red flag law, which would have said in effect, John, in Maine, that if you have a Trump sign on your property and that causes discomfort to your neighbor and you own guns, we can come take them from you.
Law enforcement can be empowered to take what kind of crazy anti bill of rights idea is that? And so what we've got here, John, is the arrogance of power.
and and and arrogance is always unattractive it's unattractive in us personally when we when we fall down to that probably you know end up with that in ourselves it's arrogant in our neighbor and it is a specially arrogant
in those who hold power over our lives. And so this is what Americans are reacting to, John. They can't stand the fact that you've got people who think they're entitled to tell you what to do.That's not America.
No, no, it's not.And I think I've said this in the last few weeks.I think this election has boiled down to two very simple questions. Are you better off than you are four years ago?People say no.
And is this the America we really want to live in, where we censor our enemies, we imprison our enemies, we put men in women's sports, we put boys in girls' locker rooms, and we let felons out the next day after committing a crime so they can commit another one, and we leave our border open?
I think most Americans would say, nope, that's insanity. And I think that's what this is going to boil down to.Actually, the elitists like that world, and the masses don't seem to.
Yeah, I think that's right.I mean, John, we're at a point where, um, something that most people have not a lot of interest in elections. They, they find they're apathetic.Okay.
What's happened is the, the nerves have been rubbed so raw by what these Democrats have done. And it's taken, you know, the Obama years and the Biden years to do it, that Americans are rising up the way.
jimmy stewart you know in you know mister smith goes to washington rose up work that movie where that you know that the fellow says raise your window and shout i've had it i can't take it anymore away whatever i whatever the phrases you know i i but the bottom line is john americans are sick of it and their and they're saying you know what i may not love donald trump he may not be abraham lincoln but i'm gonna tell you something i am not gonna let my freedoms my children's freedoms my children's safety my children's dignity my my my children's health
all go to hell in a rocket ship.Okay.
I'll tell you right now, I have kids and they're grown, but boy, if, if, if I saw boys, men, young men showering, trying to shower in my daughter's locker room, I mean, 15, 15 years ago, John, 15 years ago, that was a felony.Okay.
So where have we come that we do not respect the average American, the average family member,
the average family uh... we're not where we belong and i i i i can't tell it to you the way i feel it john i grew up in a rural little town in maine i went away did my job came back and the main i came back to was not the one i left and that is true nationwide we're witnessing right now it revolting attempt attempt to to concentrate power and suppress individual liberties and if if harry truman or john kennedy were alive today they'd be they'd be voting for trump
Yeah, I think that's true. And that's why Robert F. Kennedy Jr.probably has gravitated towards there. He said it.I didn't leave the Democratic Party. The Democratic Party left me.
And I think that that's a feeling that a lot of traditional Democrats perhaps feel at this moment right now. That'll be very interesting.I want to turn to one other issue.
I know you're busy and we want to keep you on schedule, but I was fascinated by this burgeoning investigation by Congress into ActBlue, the largest digital fundraising, online fundraising component that Democrats and liberals have.
It's raised billions of dollars by its own admission over the last few years in small micro donations to Democrats.Congress now
confirming that the Treasury Department has told them there are hundreds of suspicious activity reports involving money transfers through or affiliated with ActBlue that have been filed. They're trying to turn them over to Congress.
It might take a few more days.Congress now says it has reason to believe that foreign enemies of the United States, Iran, China,
Russia and Venezuela may be routing money through there to help the Democrats cheat, and they're using unwitting names of Americans to conduct that, basically make straw donations. This is a big, big deal.
It's not getting covered by the traditional media, not even getting covered by Fox News, but this is a bigger development.
As someone who did this work, who used to look at SARS as chief oversight counsel for Congress, how big a deal is this and where does it probably lead?
So John, let me unpack this and it is a very, very big deal. This could be the Trojan horse of this election.Um, I, I need to just briefly sort of do a 32nd tutorial.
FinCEN the financial crimes enforcement network is required to protect the national security of the country by looking at the integrity of financial transactions in particular money that comes and goes to nonprofit entities, money that comes and goes through banks.
It has three tools that it uses to do that. One is called a CTR, one is called a CMIR, and the third one is the Suspicious Transaction Reports, or Suspicious Activity Reports, SARS.
What has been discovered is that an organization, ActBlue, apparently, we're seeing this being described by Congress, which now does oversight of FinCEN, I've stood in FinCEN's offices, I know exactly how they do
their operation they are part of the treasury department they do link analysis they tie bank accounts to phones to dollars they they they see where bad guys are acting what appears to have happened is a group act blue which has gathered ninety million dollars since harris became their nominee uh... the the democrat party nominee it has non-profit status but it appears to have processed and work it by the way a suspicious transaction report is the average banker an average person
who's in the professional world in finance saying something is wrong about this transaction and you have to rise to a certain standard to get that level of a report to come in when you have hundreds of reports coming in saying apparently saying that credit cards have been used and prepaid credit cards have been used without the CVV being requested i.e.
blank essentially as if Iran had bought thousands of these cards and contributed money it appears that what we're looking at is a potential attempt to not just intrude on our financial system, but to intrude on our electoral process.
Now, the parties that are culpable for that, obviously in the first instance, are any entity that's taking in money that could be foreign, that they are obligated not to take in to influence our electoral process.
There's a, there's a level of scrutiny or investigation that has to go on there. You have to investigate whether FinCEN is doing their job in aggressively pursuing these SARS, which incidentally you can walk in and see.
I mean, I don't know if I was a member of Congress right now or senior council, I'd go down and I'd say, I want to sit down with you tomorrow afternoon and go through these because something is deadly wrong here.Okay.
I mean, this group has collected billions of dollars, this act blue group since its formation some, you know, 10 or so years ago.And the question becomes where, are all those supposedly small donations coming from?
And can you assure us that they are not coming, because this is what these SARs suggest, from sources that could be illegal and may be foreign?
Now, to name those four countries, which they've done, means there must be some link between these SARs and those foreign countries.
They must know something from a financial industry player or someone that gives them some sense of where this is headed.
Yeah.I mean, the bottom line is, you know, $90 million in a multibillion dollar campaign may not throw things one way or the other, but that's an awful lot of money to have been raised.
And, and, and I will say that for a group that is clearly partisan in the way that it handles itself, even though that's well within the law to not track where your money's coming from would certainly
raised really serious if i were an investigator right now would raise very serious questions and i i think the average american should want i don't care honestly if you're a democrat you should want to win elections fair and square and you shouldn't want russia or china or venezuela or uh... iran uh... you know being part of your victory strategy okay so it never mind that it violates the law so i i think john at the end of the day this is going to be a bigger investigation and people know
Uh, right now it's sort of getting, it's sort of getting pushed to the side because there's so much kind of core electoral news going on.But when you have potential interference in a really trackable way. by foreign nationals.
And it could come to a lot of money, not little ads on Facebook or something, but really big money.I think the average American's ears should go up.
Yeah, it has to.It has to.And I think that that's one of the things that people are going to...they're going to get learned. And like you said, the election is overshadowing this. But the 1996 Chinagate fundraising scandal really broke in December.
I did the original stories and the fall of 96.And that led to the Wall Street Journal and then the Washington Post.
But it took almost after the election to realize that there was a fundraising scandal that improperly moved illicit money into the Democratic coffers.
It's probably going to take that, assuming that this evidence gets produced like the Treasury Department says it is, this will break after the election.
But the foundation has been laid by some really hard work from James Comer and Brian Stile and Senator Ron Johnson, three guys who've been investigating this relentlessly for a year. So, It's pretty important stuff.
You know, the problem we've got, John, and this is a tension in our republic, and our founders knew that this tension existed, is that time is our enemy when something is discovered just before an election or just before an inauguration.
We have statutory and even constitutional timeframes within which we have to act. What, what, unfortunately what's transpiring here is a, what, what they used to call in politics, a roar back.
It's, it's a, it's an end of cycle discovery that something is not right. And so, and so, I mean, what we'd like to believe is that everybody would want integrity to characterize our electoral process.
And I guess I hope and pray that this won't make a big difference, but it does shine a light on something that, um, you know, this tension between getting the right answer and getting it in the right amount of time.
It is a remarkable thing to watch. It really is.And that's something we have to keep a watch on and keep an eye on.And we will. Here at Just the News at John Solomon Reports.
And we're always grateful, Bobby, for the wisdom and the perspective that you bring on these really important issues.I think you nailed it, particularly on the Democratic Party to.

I sometimes, myself, even get depressed, even though I know it's part of the politics. And this past weekend, I just simply dug in and took a look at this book, and it just made me feel good.
