This is gonna be our Halloween spooky episode.Ooh.Cute little ghost, Becca.Yeah, I mean, I am a crime junkie through and through, but I am also ghost junkie.Anything spooky or creepy, I wanna hear about it.
Not me.Do you go to scary movies?
no i used to there was a time when i did but now being a mom it just is too triggering i don't see i don't like kidnapping or anything like that but ghosts but i don't like exorcism stuff like possessive stuff i don't like that kind of stuff or paranormal activity i can't because i will sit up all night and think about it have you ever had a ghost experience
No.My mother-in-law has though.She's told me about one.Okay, let's hear it.So they lived in a really old house, really old farmhouse that had been added on, added on.And I think there had been multiple families that lived in this house.
And at night, some nights she would feel hands, little kid hands touching her feet.Ooh, creepy.Yeah.
creepy yeah what would you do I don't know that is creepy yeah so I've had a few experiences and I'm kind of realizing I may be a little I don't know what the word is like sensitive to
I don't want to say seeing ghost stuff, but just more sensitive to that.Cause I, there's a lot of times people like you, or they just say, I've never experienced anything like that.
And I have, and I don't know if it's just getting more intense as I get older, but we've had some crazy things happen.So let me go back a little bit.I've had three, two were quite a while ago, one very more recent.
So my first ever experience with some sort of spirit was my husband and I were very first married in our townhome and I don't know if it was a type of sleep paralysis but I don't ever remember not being able to move.
I fully remember just laying in my bed awake like I am right now. People do get that though, sleep paralysis.But in sleep paralysis, I don't think you can move.Right, no, you can't move.But I remember being able to move, just like we are now.
And I remember waking up and I could not go back to sleep.And up in the very right corner of my room, so our ceilings were kind of angled, vaulted.And so our bedroom ceiling angled clear up and it was really, really high.
And I remember up in that corner, I saw a big black figure and it was kind of hovering with its arms out touching each side of the wall.Yes.And I was terrified, but I didn't wake up my husband because he wasn't going to believe me.
So I didn't sleep.I laid there all night long until it started to get light enough.
That is exactly what I would do.How do you close your eyes after you have seen something?I couldn't.Oh my gosh.Did you move the next day?
No, I don't know.I don't ever remember being scared after that. Because it wasn't it didn't do anything to me.
It just stayed there It was like hovering kind of I am obsessed with Harry Potter and this is not why I saw that but it was kind of like a dementor That's kind of what it looked like, but it was just stuck up in one corner and it was hovering it was floating But it never did anything.
It never came down never stood by my bed, but it just stayed there Just this one time just that one time
I don't even know what to think about that.
But I don't remember after that being scared to go to sleep.It was almost like I forgot about it.
So that was the first time.Well, that was the second time.The first time back in high school. Okay, this is my creepy story.Back in high school.Am I gonna be able to sleep tonight?I don't know.Okay, go on.
Okay, back in high school, we had this group of friends, we were all bored.And so it was me, another girl, and I think five or six boys.So we were on this back road in this town, very dark, no streetlights, very rural.
So he said, I know what we can do.We're going to go up to this abandoned place.And we're like, cool, let's go.So on this main road, you park your car.And then we all got in one vehicle and we drove up this road.
And on the way up, he was telling us, okay, there used to be a house up here.And in this house lived a mom, a dad, and two kids.
The mom passed away and I don't know from what, I think it was like natural causes, but the dad was so devastated and heartbroken, but he had to take care of the kids.And one day, the dad vanished, like just ran away.
He was so heartbroken, he left his kids.The house started on fire. And the kids were never seen after that.What?So the house burnt down.So there was still rubble of this house when I went up there.
You could see a mound of what the house could have been.Of what used to be of the house.Yeah.And the kids were never found.So what we had to do and I don't know how they heard about this.I don't know where this came from.But we had to drive up there.
So you saw the mound of the house and then you also saw
a big imagine a trampoline steel ring okay but it was very high and it had swings in between it was a big giant swing set okay so I think there was five swings maybe and you all looked at each other So I think this belonged to that family.
So what we had to do is you had to drive up, every single person had to get out and swing on a swing.But the thing is, is you had to turn off your vehicle, put the keys on the hood.
And you had to say a certain saying while you were swinging on the swings. I don't remember what it was.It was something similar to, hey Rosie, hey Rosie, come out and play.Or something similar to that.You're basically inviting.So I was terrified.
And all of my friends were begging me, come on, you've got to get out.We have to do this.And every single person had to do it.Or else you, or else everybody.Rosie doesn't come out and play?No, or they were going to haunt everybody.
So, but I was the last one in the truck and they told me, you have to do it.Everybody has to do it.So finally they would not give in.They would not let up.So finally I said, fine.So I hurried and got out.
I swing on the swing, said whatever I had to say.And we all jumped back in the truck.I was so mad because I was terrified.
This is called peer pressure.If you didn't know.
But I, they would not leave until I did this.So everybody was freaking out and some of them said they could hear kids running and giggling.I never heard that.So I don't know if they were telling the truth or not.
So after we did it, we jumped in the truck, we ran back down, we all got in our separate vehicles and went home.That was it.
I got in my vehicle.It was an old, white car.I don't even remember.A Honda, maybe?
You don't remember your first car?
I really don't.It was white.That's all I remember.Okay.I got in my car.I kid you not from there.This is about 10 minutes away from my house.So for a full 10 minutes, my automatic locks kept going up, down, up, down, up, down.
There was no one else in my car.No one.I called my friend on the phone and I told him what was happening.And I, I said, my locks are going up and down, up and down.And I, it's not me.There's no one else in the car.He's like, you're lying.
I 100% swear on everything holy.If I had a Bible, I would swear on a Bible.It was happening.My locks kept going up and down, up, down.And he said, well, what do you want me to do about it?
I'm like, I don't know, but it's your fault because you made me go and they're haunting me and they're in my car.So I just imagined this little boy and girl in my car laughing, playing with my locks. But I was terrified.
But I thought because you got out.I know I followed the rules.I followed the rules.So I don't know why this was happening.Maybe they were teasing me because I was the only scared one.I'm not sure.But all the way home.Okay.
So I go to bed and at this point in my life I was working as an intern at a bank.So I had it was the next day was Saturday.I had to get up really early to go to work. I my friend hung up with me he did not believe me that this was true.
The next morning I go to get in my car up down up down up down the car wasn't even on and my locks were going up and down up and down.What?
The night before it had stopped when I turned off my car it had stopped but the next morning I go to get back in my car before I even turn my car on the locks go up down up down up down up down about five minutes into town and then it stopped and it never did it ever again.
I was haunted by two little kids.I just know it.That is freaky, right?So that was freaky.So those are two very older experiences but my most current thing that's happening is I'm being haunted right now
And it's not necessarily me as an item that we have.So this started because of TikTok.So I was walking through the DI.If you know me at all, you know I love vintage sales.I love to go to vintage stores, yard sales, garage sales, estate sales.
I just love it.So I was walking through the DI, and I just got this terrible feeling down this aisle. And I go down this aisle and there's a whole bunch of dolls.Creepy, creepy dolls.
And I just got the like chest heavy headache, very bad feelings down this aisle.So I started to record it just because it's TikTok, you record everything you do.And I start by going down this whole aisle just stating I
feel something so negative in this aisle.And as I'm recording, I'm walking down and I'm passing several objects.I get to the dolls.Still to this day, I know it was one of the dolls.
There was something creepy about, there was something attached to one of those dolls.I posted the TikTok, got a huge response. but not because of the dolls.So I go and read the comments, everybody is saying it's the bunny, it's the yellow thumb.
And I'm, what in the heck, what are you talking about?That is not in my video.So I go back to watch it, and as I'm passing, there's a yellow thumb statue.There's also this little white figurine bunny.
And everybody is telling me that it's these two items, that something is attached. So being crazy me, I go back and I check out this bunny to see if it's still there.The yellow thumb was gone, but the bunny was there.
Even more crazy me, I buy that bunny.And I mostly bought it as a joke because I did not feel anything from the bunny.
So to me, whatever was there was with one of those dolls that was no longer there because I still didn't feel anything off of this bunny. So I go to checkout and as I'm checking out, I kid you not, the first register that I go to won't work.
It just quits working.So we moved to another one.It's fine.So me, I chalk it up.Oh, it's just coincidence.Something's going on with that computer. I get in the car, on the way home, I get the worst pounding headache I've had in a very long time.
So to me, headaches, chest heaviness, those are signs of something being there, being around you.
So I freak out, I get out of the car, I take the bunny out of the car, but I put it in my garage on this shelf in my garage because I'm not bringing it inside my house.So I come in, I go to take headache medicine and to lay down.
As soon as I came inside, in a matter of minutes, my headache was gone.
Yeah.So there is something attached to that bunny.Now if I had really believed that there was something attached to that bunny I wouldn't have ever bought it.
But nothing started happening to me until I chose to bring that home. So since then, so many things have happened, but still to this day, I do not think it's a bad spirit that's attached to that bunny.I have gotten childlike vibes.
I think it's a little child attached to that bunny. It'll do crazy things.It will move around.At first it was just kind of on the shelf and it would move and I would just notice that it would be in a weird spot.
So I ended up putting my ring camera out in my garage to watch it and it moves all the time.
no yes it is wild so then people in my comments were telling me to move it off of the shelf because my shelf is slanted just a little bit because they're just flimsy little shelves they kept telling me well it's because the shelf is slanted you need to move it so I moved it to the middle of my garage one night we pulled out both of the cards I put it dead smack in the middle of my garage put the camera up it moved all around my garage
On a very flat surface, it moved several, several times.I still don't get bad feelings.And since that first day, I haven't gotten really any headaches.Sometimes I'll get a chest heaviness if I feel like I'm really trying to communicate with it.
But if it's just out there, I don't feel or, I mean, it's fine.So I haven't gotten rid of it, mostly because I'm very curious now.I'm very intrigued.What is connected to this bunny?
and more so i don't think it's evil i don't think it's an evil spirit but i do think that there is something connected to it so when we were in seattle i had the camera plugged in just while i was gone i just if anything happened i wanted to know well my kids being my kids they unplugged my camera because they wanted to charge their hoverboards so while i was gone i didn't get any
I didn't get anything, but I was talking to my kids when I came home and one of my sons said that he, he saw that it had moved and not only moved, but they were playing out in the garage and they know that they're not supposed to touch this bunny or play with this bunny, but they did while I was gone and I'm not sure why they chose to do that.
because they're kids but when somebody was playing with it and it ended up laying so it has a flat bottom and somehow it ended up on its side so you could see the bottom there's like a little hole in the bottom of it
and he remembers it being like that and then he went out the next morning to go get something from the garage and it was back upright and he said there was nobody else that had gone back out to the garage that night so that happened and then he also said it was late at night so my mom and my mother-in-law stayed here with my kids
and it was one of those nights that he woke up in the middle of the night he kind of has anxiety about sleeping especially if me and Steve aren't here so he woke up one of those nights and he heard a voice say play it was like a whisper and so I asked him I said
Was there anyone else awake?Was there TVs on?Was there podcasts on?He's like, no, there was nothing.So I said, well, what did you do?And he's got to get rid of this bunny.So just wait till the next part.So I had asked him, did it scare you?
And he said, no, it didn't.It didn't scare me.So I just went back to sleep.Okay.So did anything else happen?He said, no, not that I really noticed.So I came home.Everything seemed fine.
Not even a week ago, I was outside on my front porch and we had just had a storm come through, wind, nothing crazy, but I have decorations outside.So some of them had fallen off.
So I went outside just on my front porch to kind of clean them up, put things back where they go.And I had heard a little boy talking in the garage. Which was weird to me because he doesn't normally play in the garage.
He usually plays insider in the backyard.So I was just listening and he was talking to someone.So I started recording it and I knew I couldn't let him see me recording or he would stop.He always does that.
So I was really trying to not let him see me and he would say stuff
similar to no it's my turn and one time he said stop tickling me as he giggled and then another time he said he kept saying no it's my turn no it's my turn almost as if somebody kept wanting it to be their turn and he kept saying it's my turn it's my turn yes
Then the final straw that I after he said this last thing I couldn't do it anymore he said you be the sister I'll be the brother.No.So at this point I knew he was playing with somebody and to me it seemed like a child girl spirit.That's creepy.
So I asked him Brink who are you talking to and he said my friend
bunny is still in my garage get rid of it get rid of that freaking thing but here's the thing is is it really a child spirit or is it a demonic spirit pretending to be a child spirit does it matter but nothing but nothing i don't know because i've never had this happen before yeah so i'm still very intrigued i don't think it's evil
You would know if it was evil, right?
I would hope so.That's what I think.But people in my comments are pretty upset because now my kids are involved, which I understand.
But it's not doing anything to them.But could it?Yeah.Could it progress to something worse?Yeah.So I'm probably at the point that I need to get rid of it.But I haven't decided.But it is creepy.It's still here.There are people that ask me,
How do your kids feel about this?How does your husband feel about this?My husband doesn't want anything to do with this, Bunny.He is very, don't tell me what's happening.I don't want to hear about it.
If you're going to keep this thing, I don't want to know about it.That's because Steve's smart.Just kidding.I mean, you're probably correct.But my kids, they don't have a problem with it.
They actually find it very intriguing, like I do, of why is this happening.Yeah. To me, spirits can be connected to items, places, just like this house that got burnt down.Those spirits are still there.
Just because those spirits are there doesn't mean they're evil.They're children's spirits caught here because they don't know what happened to their mom and dad, right? To me, that same thing is happening with this bunny.
I don't know what happened with this bunny.I don't know where it came from.One of the ears was broken on it and it was glued back on.So this bunny was well loved, I think.I don't know where it came from.But to me, I don't think it's evil.

which seems like a huge investment for a little bunny.Everybody, Chelsea needs $200 so that she can live out this dream of talking to spirits.
But that's the point that I'm at, is I kind of want to communicate with it, but I don't know how.I've never been in this place before.I don't know how to communicate with spirits.
So I'm trying to figure it out, and I want to figure it out before I'm ready to give it up.
How do you get to a point where you want to talk to ghosts?Because I'm freaked out.I don't know.

But I never would have noticed or gone back for the bunny had all of my commenters said that they also felt something from that bunny.Yeah. So at that point it was just always very intriguing to me that people could feel that through the phone.
And why didn't I feel it right at first?So it's just it's very intriguing to me and I want to figure it out.
Do you think that different objects can have different effects on people?So maybe the dolls is where you are getting that negative like yuck feeling. Yeah, I think so.Do you have some childhood trauma with dolls?
No, my grandma had a lot of dolls at her apartment.

Yeah.Anyway, so that is my current haunting, which it is... I don't think it's creepy.I don't come home and always feel that. And honestly, I can't even put a lot of energy into it all the time because it's exhausting.I did a flashlight test with it.
So you have a flashlight next to, or in a room that you think is haunted and it would turn on and off. when I would ask it a question, a flashlight.So, and that session that I did with it, it was the first time I ever tried to communicate with it.
And it didn't last very long because I was freaked out then because I was intentionally interacting with it instead of just being like a bystander watching through a camera, I was right there next to it. and it was physically draining.
I could feel like a chest heaviness.
I could feel, I could feel something there and a headache starting to come on and so that session didn't last very long because I did not want that feeling.Yeah.
So if I had that feeling all the time, I wouldn't, I wouldn't keep it here but it's not that all the time.
It's only when you're intentionally interacting with it.So, but my four year old that was just playing with the bunny, he was interacting with it, but he was having fun.
And even in some of the videos that I caught, he said, Oh, playing with this bunny is actually fun.So to me, he didn't get any of those vibes.
and people are saying ask him ask him but i almost don't want to invite it more yeah because i don't want it to attach to him or anyone specific i want it to stay attached to that bunny so when i choose i can get rid of it and it's gone yeah maybe this child maybe the parent

We, I don't watch scary movies.I've been watching, actually, the Goosebumps series.Oh, yeah.It came out last year.So I'm watching season one, because season two comes out in January.And I really like those.
My older three kids are very into scary movies right now.

I'm pretty sure.I won't watch it with them.It's so good.But my cute little sister-in-law, We'll have them over and do scary movie nights when she's home from college and praise her because then I don't have to watch them.
Yeah.I start, my kids like scary movies, but to a certain extent.
But do they watch goosebumps?We started it and I turned it off because I think it was too scary for them for their ages.Yeah.So. Anyway, so I haven't watched, I mean, Goosebumps is the most recent.
Did you read the books when you were young?
Yes, that's why I'm obsessed with the series because it's kind of along those lines.Maybe I should just try it.You should.It's not bad. So it does have a little creepy things, but mostly just like the Goosebumps series.So I don't think it's too much.

but it's manageable i don't feel as if it's too much yeah it's good no it's it's it's pretty calm but it's so good with his twists and turns and you think it's one thing and then it's not then you think it's that thing again and then it's not so it's so good i'm on his second book and it is which is the last one at the wedding he just came out with this yes and you talked about it
Yeah, I think he just came out at the beginning of the week with this book.And you just started it when we talked to Kennedy.Yeah, and I'm about halfway through it.So far, it's not as good as Hidden Pictures, but I think it's getting there.
Is it the same writing style, like mystery?Yes.
Or is it?Yes.So far.But I'm just getting to the point where I think it's going to start turning and getting really more spooky. That's a good one, Becca.I'm almost jealous.
Do you hate reading a book and you read it and then you can never read it again for the first time?Yes.I'm so jealous that you're reading this for the first time because it's that good.I want to read it again for the first time and I can't.
What is a book that you wish you could read again for the first time?I don't know.Did you read the Twilight series?Yes.Because that is what I hated reading.I hated reading too.I feel when you're in high school everyone hates reading.
Most, most everybody.Because it's required reading.
You have to do it.Yeah.And also at that point in life you have no idea what you like to read.Yeah. Unless you're a reader.Unless you're... I don't want to say this.Unless you're like... Right.Unless you've already been into reading.
and i definitely was not same so i didn't get into reading until after high school and it was twilight was my very first series that got me hooked and i could not put him down yeah i wish i could reread that again for the first time what but i hated the movies yeah i absolutely loathe the movies i never want to see even the picture of those movies or those actors ever again in my life that's how much i hated them
It was the gateway into vampires and fantasy, don't you think?And it was terribly done.
But at the time, I feel like even at the time, the movies were horribly done.First off, I was really mad that they picked her as the main character.So many people were.I hate her as an actress.Whoa.Sorry.My bad.
Anyway the movies were terrible but that was the first series that I remember being so hooked that I couldn't put it down and I want that feeling again.So to get that feeling again would be amazing.Same with the Harry Potter books.
I read them as they came out but i wish i could now there's a girl on tiktok that's reading them right now for the very first time and i love watching her reactions i'm so jealous because i want those feelings again of my favorite books of all time.

Oh yeah yeah i've reread the books and i've listened to the audible version two or three times.I've listened to the audible version a couple times but yeah i just i love that now i love reading
