Throughout his career, he has played a key role in some of the area's largest land transactions, including the development of Cypress Park and various acquisition and assemblage activities. In the 1990s, Trevor, along with his father, acquired Lambert Smith Hampton's Orlando office, significantly growing its sales volume and property management portfolio before engineering a successful sale to the Pizzuti organization. Joining Colliers International in 1998, Trevor has continued his success with notable transactions, such as a seven-tract assemblage for Mears Transportation and the sale of Heritage Commons and Dr. Phillips 45 acres, among others. Known for his fun-loving, intelligent, ethical, and resourceful demeanor, Trevor sees himself as a true fiduciary agent for his clients, embodying the best, old-fashioned meaning of that role.
