Today on The Matt Wall Show, the Kamala Harris campaign is openly encouraging women to lie to their husbands about who they're voting for. That's the entire message of a new ad narrated by Julie Roberts.
It's perhaps the most vile political ad of all time. Also, Joe Biden calls all Trump supporters garbage. And the media sets to work trying to convince us that we didn't hear him say the things that we heard him say.
Plus, Nikki Haley is very upset about the Trump rally at Madison Square Garden. There's too much masculinity in the Trump campaign, she complains. We'll talk about all that and more today on The Matt Wall Show.
My film, Am I Racist, the comedy that's now the biggest documentary of the decade, is streaming exclusively on Daily Wire Plus, breaking records as our biggest day one release ever.More on that coming up, but first.

She's still watching Disney movies and choosing a white princess.
Have you talked to her about that?
Is racism inherent to whiteness?Yes.Yep.
Yeah, probably.Well, yeah.Joining us now is Matt, certified DEI expert.

The question I get a lot from my audience, especially after they've seen one of my movies, is how can I get into the conservative fight? For starters, well, you need to be strategic about where your money is going.

Terms apply, go to coin.com slash disclosures for full details. One of the most agonizing sites in politics is watching Democrats trying to ape the motions of normal, everyday people. We've talked about this a lot recently.
Tim Walz tried to play a video game, a football video game and go hunting only to demonstrate that he doesn't know what a pick six is or how to load his own shotgun.
Then white dudes for Kamala led by Adam Kinzinger went to the range for a fun day of shooting only to violate every single gun safety rule that exists. They even managed to accidentally shoot a reporter who was covering the event.
He was hit by a bullet fragment off of a very predictable ricochet, which I'm struggle to emulate basic human interactions like this for a lot of reasons. One of them is that Democrats are statists.
Maintaining interpersonal relationships, having normal interactions with one another isn't something that really concerns them.Their goal is advancing the broader interests of the party.
This is an outlook that makes it extremely difficult for Democrats to relate to everyday Americans who, unlike Democrat politicians, aren't transfixed by the idea of obtaining more political power.
It shows up everywhere in their messaging, and they can't help but reveal how clueless and manipulative they actually are.And that brings me to what may be the single most vile political advertisements that I've ever seen, perhaps.
This ad just came out the other day on social media, and on paper, the idea behind this advertisement is to appeal to liberal women who are married to conservative men.
But in just the span of 30 seconds, this ad, which was produced by the nonprofit Vote Common Good, reveals that Democrats don't understand anything about marriage or women or men.
Instead, probably without even realizing, the people who made this advertisement were very transparent about the goal of the Democrat Party, which is to turn families against one another. So here's the full 30-second advertisement.
which happens to be narrated by the actress Julia Roberts.Watch.
Your turn, honey. In the one place in America where women still have a right to choose, you can vote any way you want, and no one will ever know.Did you make the right choice?
Remember, what happens in the booth stays in the booth.Vote Harris-Walz.Vote Common Good is responsible for the contents of this ad.
Now, it's actually impressive that they managed to jam so much insanity into one 30-second advertisement.According to Julia Roberts, the voting booth is the one place in America where women still have the right to choose.
Outside of the voting booth, women can't make any decisions for themselves.Women are completely controlled by men 24-7 in every aspect of life except in the voting booth on election day. That is their one precious moment of freedom.
It's not like they're free to make choices every moment of every day all the time. No, they have no freedom to choose anything except on the ballot.
Now, if that's true, it raises the obvious question of how Julia Roberts was able to do the voiceover for this advertisement in the first place. What man told her to do that against her will?
Who exactly is holding Julia Roberts hostage and making her embarrass herself like this?Surely she couldn't have made the decision to read those lines on her own. After all, she's a woman and she's not in a voting booth.
So by the advertisement's own logic, we can only assume that Julia Roberts is tied up in a basement somewhere, or maybe she's being blackmailed. The possibilities are endless, and none of them are very good.
Not to mention, if the patriarchy has successfully banned women from making any choices in life at all, then how do women still have the right to vote?I mean, that seems like a rather significant oversight by the patriarchy.
It's almost like the patriarchy doesn't even exist. But aside from that, there are about a million other problems with the ad.
And you'll notice that in the ad, the conservative man has the hat with the American flag and the bald eagle, seems like a patriotic, friendly guy.
And his wife's hat has an American flag too, but then we learned that the wife is only pretending to be patriotic because her husband is abusive or whatever.
Really, she identifies more with the mysterious woman across from her who's not wearing any hats. And the two women exchange a knowing glance, even though the ad says that nobody will ever know who you voted for.
But in this ad, both women know who the other one voted for somehow. Never mind that. And then the man's wife walks away with the mysterious woman like they're going on a date or something.
So, so far, the two messages this ad is sending is that, I guess, conservatives are patriotic and that Democrats think women have no agency whatsoever.
They're supposedly too cowardly to even speak their own minds to their own husbands or to make their own decisions about anything. And this particular ad is coming from a nonprofit that says it wants to appeal to evangelical and Catholic voters
Because apparently evangelical and Catholic voters are in the habit of what, lying to their spouses? This is the kind of message that, yeah, if you really wanna speak to Catholics and evangelicals, encourage lying in your marriage.
That's the kind of message that Christians really find appealing. Now, as insulting as this is, again, it would be a mistake to dismiss this ad as merely tone deaf and patronizing, although obviously it's both of those things.
The ad is actually saying something important, which is that one of the goals of the Democrat Party is to turn spouses against one another. And they're saying it very explicitly.
They want women to keep secrets from their husbands and to see their husbands as some kind of threat.
Democrats are pushing this message because ultimately, they want to destroy marriages and families, which are the single greatest threat to their political power.
And a couple of days ago, I talked about this effort in the context of Democrats' last minute pitch to win over male voters.
Michelle Obama delivered a 30 minute speech in which she repeatedly told men that their role is to be subservient to liberal women. And the only time she talked about improving the lives of men was when she was telling them to kill their children.
If you kill your child and destroy your family, Michelle Obama said, then you can go to college. And then you can be a miserable, screeching activist who's loyal to the Democrats instead of your own children.Watch.
The devastating consequences of teen pregnancy won't just be borne by young girls, but also by the young men who are the fathers. They too will have their dreams of going to college.Their entire future is totally upended by an unwanted pregnancy.
As with everything else we hear from prominent figures in the Democrat Party, nothing exists in isolation. It's all part of a broader collective message.Every single agent of the party has to push the same exact script at all times.
Michelle Obama didn't come up with her anti-family message any more than that nonprofit came up with its anti-family message.
They're all working in concert to push the same rhetoric that ultimately leads to the enactment of policies like this one in California.
Newsom has signed a bill that would ban school districts from notifying parents about a student's gender identity. That means school districts will have to remove policies that require parents to be informed if their child identifies as transgender.
The passage of the bill comes after several districts across the state put similar notification policies in place without the student's consent.
Staff can no longer be forced to disclose a student's sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender identity. expression.
So over the past couple of years in California, various school districts were requiring that administrators notify parents if their child starts identifying as trans. That's a policy that obviously makes sense for a lot of reasons.
One of them is that children who think they were born in the wrong body are about a million times more likely to suffer from serious mental health conditions.
They're also almost certainly being influenced by their teachers or their peers, neither of whom care about these children. They care about an ideology. The parents care about their own children, which is why parents need to know.
The only people who actually care about the children in this scenario, in basically every single case, are their parents. But in California, the state thinks that it knows better than the parents. And here's just one example of how that plays out.
In 2019, a mother in California named Abigail Martinez lost her 16-year-old daughter to suicide after she says that her school and the Department of Children and Family Services pressured her daughter to transition, quote unquote, into a boy.
Authorities placed Martinez's daughter in foster care because she wouldn't affirm her daughter's new gender identity. She didn't see her daughter again until she deliberately sat down on some railroad tracks and was hit by a train.
So here's an excerpt of the mother's remarks where she outlines the horror that the state of California put her family through.
In 8th grade, 7th grade, by the end of 7th grade, 8th grade, she's starting to show those signs of depression.I seek for help.I talk to the school so they can keep an eye on her.
They did it at middle school when she turned, so when she started high school is when everything, the doors opened to
what she was talking about it like transgender, going to a meetings, going to every, all the support that they think that they have for these children, which is not the school psychology.
And the LGBT was told that, told DCFS that my daughter will be better off out of the house. And they did. They did. They took away my daughter when she was 16 years old.I tried my best to get her back, going to court every single month.
I never missed a court date because I want my daughter back. Yes, it was my daughter who they were picking their pieces out of the tree.
Now, the tragic reality is that this woman's daughter probably would not be dead today if the state of California hadn't taken custody of her child.
And by the way, if you watch her full remarks, you'll hear that even after her daughter committed suicide, the state still treated this mother like a criminal.
These people are ruthless in their efforts to destroy families and ruin the lives of children. That's why California just made it a law that prevents schools from mandating these kinds of parental notifications.
Parental notifications that would save the lives of children. But Gavin Newsom sees it differently.Newsom's spokesman said, quote, this law helps keep children safe while protecting the critical role of parents.
It protects the child-parent relationship by preventing politicians and school staff from inappropriately intervening in family matters and attempting to control if, when, and how families have deeply personal conversations.
So if you're following the doublespeak, the state of California is protecting the child-parent relationship by making it easier for schools to hide critical information from parents about the mental state of their children.
The more secrets there are, the better.I mean, really what they're saying is, explicitly, is that they are protecting children from their parents. They're saying to children, you should see your parents as a threat.
This is the same message that the nonprofit was pushing and that advertised with Julia Roberts.Democrats want family members to treat each other with suspicion and contempt. So that eventually, families collapse.
It's the same reason that the Soviets encouraged people to report their relatives for wrong-think.When families are gone, the state can move in to fill that power vacuum.
This is the plan that Democrats, with the help of former celebrities like Julia Roberts, are now attempting to execute. The problem they're having is that they're being extremely obvious about it.
At a time when trust in the Democrat Party has never been lower, They're pitching themselves as your surrogate family, basically. It's as heavy-handed and unappealing a pitch as you can imagine, but it's what they're going with.
And in less than a week, we'll find out exactly how well that pitch works out for them.Let's get to our five headlines. What is a wireless company?Well, it shouldn't be a big data company. No, it shouldn't be a political action campaign.
And no, a wireless company shouldn't make you believe you only have two options for data, unlimited or unlimited. And both are stupidly expensive.A wireless company, pure and simple, should connect you to the people and things you love.
A wireless company should give you the lightning fast 5G coverage at a lower cost than you're paying today. And a wireless company should have an excellent customer service team based right here in America who can help make switching easy.
Essentially all wireless companies should be like Pure Talk, but unfortunately they're not.So you should switch right now.
And if you do at puretalk.com slash Walsh, you'll also get one year free of Daily Wire Plus where you can stream my new film, Am I Racist?Where I'll be debunking yet another leftist myth. But remember, this deal is exclusive.
The only way to get it is by going to puretalk.com slash Walsh.Support Pure Talk, a wireless company who wants to be a wireless company and nothing more. And here's the kicker. They also support the same values you do.
Remember, it takes courage to stand for your values and takes even more to stand against those who try to silence you.Puretalk.com slash Walsh. That's puretalk.com slash Walsh.
Well, Monday we announced that Am I Racist, the number one documentary of the decade, one of the top political documentaries of the last 20 years, one of the top 35 documentaries of all time, is now available on Daily Wire.
You can go to dailywire.com right now as we speak and watch it.If you use code DEI, you'll get 35% off annual memberships right now.And lots of people did go watch the film on the Daily Wire.In fact, it was the biggest streaming launch
in the history of the company, which is pretty incredible because it means that we've even beat What Is A Woman, which is a relief because I got to tell you, the specter, the ghost of What Is A Woman has been hanging over me, haunting me throughout this whole process.
It's just something that I knew I had to live up to. haunted by the nightmares of being a one-hit wonder. But it's safe to say that's not the case now.Now I get to be a two-hit wonder, which at least is better than a one-hit wonder.
There's another exciting announcement that I can now make about the film as well.I can tell you that the film has been submitted to the Academy for Oscar consideration in both the documentary and best picture categories.
And it's a real thing, we really did submit it.And we qualify as a widely released film. And we really do deserve to win.
Our documentary, easily the highest grossing film in its genre, again, of the last five years, the most talked about, most successful documentary of the year.We should at least be nominated in the documentary category.I mean, by all rights.
We should be.I'm not saying that I'll be shocked if we aren't nominated, but we should be.And there have been other good documentaries this year. There's no question about it.
But the biggest one of the year deserves to at least be nominated, I would think. And so we submitted it.And the official nominations have not been announced yet. That'll happen at some point in the future.I don't know when.I'm not exactly sure.
But I can say at least that our submission for a nomination has been accepted. The Academy has accepted our nomination submission. And I would like to take this opportunity to accept the Academy's acceptance of our submission.
And that in and of itself is a great honor. Now it's true that they accept any film that meets the basic qualifications. But don't let that distract you from the historic nature of this moment. We are officially submitted to the Academy Awards.
We are officially, we could say this, we are officially potential Oscar nominees. And that really means something. In fact, I told my team yesterday that As far as I see it, what's really the advantage of winning an Oscar?
It's so that you can put it on the movie poster with a little flowery border and it can say Oscar. And that's the whole advantage. But the great thing is, you don't have to wait until you win to put it on the movie poster.
You don't even have to wait until you're nominated to put it on the movie poster, in my opinion. So now we have our new movie posters. We could put that up on the screen.I'm pretty proud of these.
As you can see, Academy Awards submitted, Best Picture, Potential Nominee. You can't take that from us.I think we could even say that we are nominated to be nominees for Best Picture. We are nominee nominees for Best Picture.
And that's all we'll probably ever be, but you know, you got to celebrate your wins where you get them.
All right, you know, if you subscribe to the theory that Biden is actively trying to sabotage Kamala's campaign, then the news over the last 24 hours would seem to lend even more credibility to that idea.
During a campaign call on Tuesday, right as Kamala was taking the stage at her final big rally, Joe Biden took the opportunity to call all Trump supporters garbage.Let's listen.
For Puerto Rico, where I'm in my home state of Delaware, They're good, decent, honorable people. The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters. His demonization is seen as unconscionable, and it's un-American.
The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters. That's what this hateful, senile old bastard said.Clear as day.Actually remarkably clear.I mean, that's probably the clearest he's been in three years.
That you can never tell what this guy is saying anymore, but you could hear that.Cuz he said it with his chest, he meant it.But now he's trying to spin it.
Shortly after that clip went out, Biden tweeted, or somebody tweeted from Biden's account, trying to convince us that we didn't all hear what we all just heard. So here was the tweet a couple hours later.
Earlier today, I referred to the hateful rhetoric about Puerto Rico spewed by Trump's supporter at his Madison Square Garden rally as garbage, which is the only word I can think of to describe it.His demonization of Latinos is unconscionable.
That's all I meant to say.The comments of that rally don't reflect who we are as a nation. So he's claiming that he was saying that the rhetoric was garbage. In his version of events, he said, Trump's supporters rhetoric was garbage.
But that's not what he said.I mean, we heard what he said. It's on video. And also, remember, he said, the only garbage I see is his supporters. The only garbage I see.
He didn't even say the only garbage I hear, which is what you would say if you were referring to rhetoric that somebody said out loud.So his excuse, his post hoc rationalization is itself garbage.Biden is himself garbage.
I have no problem saying that. He's a garbage human being with garbage for brains running a garbage administration. And speaking of garbage, the media is dutifully going along with this spin. So here's Politico.
I mean, this is like North Korea levels of state propaganda. This is how an article in Politico retells this story. They quote Biden, but they put an apostrophe on his supporters.
So it says, according to their version, the only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters Apostrophe S, his hatred, his demonization of Latinos.
So they're trying to make it look like Biden said that the garbage was his supporters demonization of Latinos. That's just simply not what he said. It's just simply not.We can all hear it.MSNBC, of course, joined in the efforts to clean all this up.
Here is their segment dealing with the controversy.
And what he said was, I'll just read a little bit here from the transcript. He says that, you know, I know Puerto Ricans from my home state of Delaware. They're good, decent, honorable people.
The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters. His demonization of Latinos is unconscionable and un-American.
Now, some on the right have seized that comment to mean his supporters, meaning Donald Trump supporters, meaning all Trump supporters, half the country saying the president is calling them garbage.
The White House is saying, no, no, there's an apostrophe there. He's talking about his supporter, meaning the comedian. His comments are unconscionable and un-American.That's the controversy last night.
The president took to Twitter soon after the Zoom, tried to clean it up, clarifying that he was not talking about all of the Americans, but it is certainly half the American public.
But it is certainly a controversy that the White House and the Harris campaign are dealing with today. And as the right tries to make it, we're showing the tweet here from the president.
His demonization of Latinos is unconscionable, the president writes. That's all I meant to say.So the president said something, immediately tried to clarify it, Joe.
But it's certainly a story on the right, who are trying to paint this to be the next basket of deplorables.
Well, of course. And Donald Trump says shocking things every day in Fox News. And all of his apologists in the Republican Party immediately go to it and brush it off, explain it away, or just completely ignore it.
Here, they're trying to make a firestorm out of something that, again, if you look at it, you look at what he said immediately afterward, which Donald Trump didn't say.He immediately afterwards said, no, that's not what I meant.
I was talking about the comedian and people that supported that.
So it's strange. You notice something, something very strange about this news segment is they didn't play the clip. It's like a 15 second clip. So they did a whole report and conversation about something Biden said on camera, and they didn't play it.
Instead, they described it.They described what he said, but they didn't just play what he said for the audience.Very interesting, isn't it?Because it's clear what he actually said. And this is the difference between Trump and his opponents.
It's maybe the key difference of all the many differences. Maybe the key difference.
There's so much incessant discussion about Trump's rhetoric his insensitive language his crass comments, etc, etc Which by the way, and we just heard from Joe Scarborough that Trump says shocking things all the time He when's the last time he even said anything shocking You know, I mean even by their obvious it's hard to shock me with but but even by the standards of Joe Scarborough Like Trump actually has not
said anything really all that controversial or outlandish or edgy this time around. We know there was plenty of that in 2016, but really this time, I mean, all this, this whole controversy over the Puerto Rico joke, Trump didn't say that. So, um,
And that's an interesting thing about the whole story of this campaign is that Trump has been remarkably restrained, in fact.
But regardless, all this conversation about Trump's rhetoric, the truth is that Trump reserves, if he does use harsh language or harsh rhetoric, Which he does.
He reserves all of that kind of language for the elites, for the powerful people who oppose him, for his political opponents, his enemies in the media.
He never expresses any contempt for the American people, even the 50% of the country that hates his guts. You never hear him say anything demeaning about those people, about the voters.
When's the last time Trump insulted Joe Biden's voters or Kamala Harris's voters? He doesn't, he just never does.
And the difference between Trump and Democrat politicians is this, that Trump reserves all of his contempt for the elites, for the powerful people, and Democrat politicians, on the other hand, direct their ire at Trump, yes, but also at average American citizens, his supporters.
I mean, they've just spent the last several days calling everybody who went to that rally a Nazi. And this is just a perfect example of that. All right, moving on, we have another controversy over a joke this week.
Now, the Biden comment about Trump supporters being garbage, that was not a joke.He was being very serious when he said it.The Puerto Rico comment was a joke. And so was this. Here's commentator Ryan Gerdeski on CNN in a debate with Mehdi Hassan.
And Mehdi Hassan is, if you're not familiar with him, is... I mean, all you really need to know is that he's perhaps... perhaps the most insufferable douchebag on all of cable news, which obviously is really saying something.
Well, probably not the most. That's probably Joy Reid, and then Mehdi Hassan is right under her.But...
Ryan Grodowski said something to Medihasan in this exchange that we'll play that has provoked the ire of the left once again, and they're very offended by this joke.Let's listen to it.
If you don't want to be called Nazis, stop doing... You've been called an anti-Semite more than anyone else's table. And people... By you?No, by me.I've never called you an anti-Semite.
I mean, I'm not sitting here saying... I'm a supporter of the Palestinians.I'm used to it.Yeah, well, I hope your beeper doesn't go off.The thing is, is that... Did you just say I should be killed? No, I did not say that.Hold on.Hold on.
Did you just say I should be killed? No, I did not say that.Hold on.Hold on.What did you just say?On live TV.I said I hope your... Guys, let me just stop. You said you hope my beeper doesn't go off.
of the palestinian hamas guys let me say palestinian are you am i what no of course are you a racist violent person inciting violence against me right right that's disgusting that is completely no i apologize good job cnn let's have first block say the muslim guy should be blown up i apologize
Don't say, don't say then I apologize.You literally.Don't say it.I thought he said Hamas.
I apologize.You didn't think I said Hamas.No, you didn't.I said I'm supportive of Palestinian rights.Yes, I did.
Because when you hear Palestinian, you hear Hamas.
What's funny is Rudy Giuliani said this yesterday, so you're a great guest to be here to defend Rudy Giuliani.
All right, I told myself I wasn't going to entertain nonsense today, and so at this point, I can't do this.
This is what we're in now. This is America in 2024.
Forget the racism. That's right.I should die.I didn't say that you should die.You said, what does BIPA mean?Don't give me your finger.
I did not say you should die.
Why didn't you say it was my BIPA goal?
So I told you, insufferable douchebag. You think I should die?Well, first of all, he said he hopes that your beeper doesn't go off. That's what I hope, that's what I wish Ryan Gerdowski had, I wish that was his rebuttal.
He said, hey, no, no, I said, I hope it doesn't go off.I said, I'm wishing you well, what are you talking about?Or at least I hope it goes off when I'm not sitting at the table with you, at least that. I mean, it's funny, it's a joke.
Again, clearly a joke.He doesn't literally think that Medea Hassan is a terrorist with a beeper.Well, he might think that Medea Hassan is a terrorist, and he might be for all we know.
I don't think that Ryan Zydowski literally thinks that Medhi Hassan has a beeper.Let's put it that way.So it's a joke.It's a funny joke.It's actually, it's quick-witted.It's a quick-witted joke.
And it doesn't even seem like Ryan came into that conversation with this joke queued up in his head.It seems like he just said it.He blurted it out.
That's called having a quick wit, which is something that's totally foreign, of course, to Hassan and everybody else at CNN, because they have no wit to speak of. But you saw the reaction, you know, Medea Sanz practically in tears over it.
You got the women at the table.I can't go on.I can't even continue after this comment was made. And then comes the hysterical reaction after the facts.
After the break, Abby Phillip, the anchor, came on the air and of course had to address this horrific joke and apologize to the viewers for it.Let's listen to that.
We're back here, and before we get started, I want to just address what happened in the last segment.First, I want to apologize to Mehdi Hassan for what was said at this table. It was completely unacceptable.
When we get this discussion started, you'll see that Ryan is not at the table. There is a line that was crossed there, and it's not acceptable to me.It's not acceptable to us at this network. We want discussion.
We want people who disagree with each other to talk to each other. But when you cross the line of a complete lack of civility, that is not going to happen here on this show. It's a heated time. We're in the middle of a political season.
We are eight days from a presidential election. But we can have conversations.
Cross the line of civility.Medea's son, in that conversation, in that clip, right before the beeper joke was made, was just calling Trump supporters Nazis. That's how the clip begins.
So he can call 50 million, more than 50, he can call 50%, he can call 50% of the country Nazis, and that doesn't cross the line. But if you make a joke implying that he's a terrorist, then that crosses the line.
So, and then Abby Phillip, I think, yeah, later that night, she, after the show,
because that overwrought apology there was, they condemned the comment in the moment, and then she came back on air after the commercial break, condemned it again, and then after the show, we got another video of Abby Phillip very seriously addressing the camera and talking about this horrible joke.
Hey, I'm sure everyone has seen what happened on the show tonight.I just wanted to address one quick thing. As you may have seen, Ryan was asked to leave the show, and we have put out a statement saying that he's not welcome back on our air.
There is a line here on this program, and it was crossed, but I want to be clear.
You know, aside from the hypocrisy of it, because again, these are the people they call Trump supporters Nazis. Some of what we're seeing is the left's inability to even understand the concept of a joke anymore.
And there's a certain amount of this that's phony, obviously, that they're playing dumb. But they're only partially playing dumb because they are actually dumb.
So they just don't, I actually believe to some extent they don't, they can't even perceive the difference between the Bieber comment and the Puerto Rico comment on one hand, and the Trump supporters are garbage comment from the president on the other.
I do believe that these people, that their minds are so twisted that they actually cannot fully even understand the difference.
One big difference is that the Puerto Rico and Bieber comment, one came from a comedian, the other came from a CNN commentator. And then over here with the garbage comment, came from the president of the United States. That's one difference.
The other difference is that the first two examples are jokes. And the comment from Joe Biden was not a joke.We talk all the time about how the left has no sense of humor and
It's true in a literal sense, like they don't even have any sense of what a joke is.They cannot distinguish between a joke and, you know, a sincere statement about how somebody actually feels.
Now, I'm saying all of this kind of in defense of Ryan Gerduski, and I do think that it was a great joke and a great comment, and I applaud him for it, but I can't go much further than that defending him because he apologized.
And you know what my rule is with these things. If somebody's getting canceled and they've got the pitchfork mob coming after them, I would love to defend them and I'd love to stand by their side and all of that.
But if you apologize, then I can't defend you anymore. Because then you're kind of pulling the rug out from under me and anyone else who defends you.And the problem is that Ryan apologized like 10 times in the clip.
You heard him say it over and over again, which is unfortunate. If you're going to make a joke like that, you know, stand by it.And when everybody gets all offended about it, starts crying, just laughing their faces. That's how you should handle it.
All right. So this was, here's another thing that was pretty funny. The Miami Heat decided to honor Dwayne Wade, a former NBA star who played for the Heat. with a statue right outside the stadium down in Miami.
Now, you know, it's almost always a bad idea to make a statue out of somebody who's currently living. You usually end up regretting that, especially somebody like Dwayne Wade, who trans'ed his child, so he's a bad guy, undeserving of a statue.
But putting that aside, I think it's generally a bad idea to make statues to living people because we don't have the full story of that person yet.We don't have their whole life yet.
And you should have that before you decide to make a monument out of them. But the other problem, the much bigger problem these days with statues is that nobody knows how to build a statue anymore, it seems.
Sculpting is like the definition of a lost art.So here's how this one turned out. We'll play the clip of them unveiling the statue a couple days ago.Watch. Alright, so that's the statue.
Let's, in case you couldn't see it very well in the clip, here's a close-up.Let's take a look at a close-up and kind of a side-by-side of the statue and Dwayne Wade's face so you see the comparison. Not exactly a spitting image.
It does not look like Dwayne Wade at all, actually. To me, my first thought when I saw the statue is it looks a little bit like an evil, zombified Dan Bongino. It's like if Dan Bongino was an extra in The Walking Dead or something.
You could argue that it looks a little bit like a really angry Laurence Fishburne as well.I could see that. There's a certain angle where to me it looks, and this might just be me, it looks a little bit Asian too, weirdly enough.
There's a bit of an Asian feel to it.Like, if you put a beard and a hat on it, it could almost pass for Genghis Khan.A Genghis Khan statue somewhere in Mongolia.
And that's what's great about the statue, is that it looks like a thousand different people, except Dwayne Wade. It's a statue that looks like everybody in the world, except the one guy that it's supposed to be.
So just a horrible statue and it's one of many statue fumbles in recent years. We've cataloged this on the show. There have been some, you know, the Martin Luther King one that looks like various, you know, unseemly objects and things.
Every time they unveil a new statue it's a disaster like this because nobody knows how to make statues anymore. And for the record, by the way, the sculptor behind this masterpiece is named Omri Amrani. And he's come out and defended himself.
So the local media tracked him down to ask him, like, what the hell, man? What is this? And here was this quote. He said, I couldn't do it any better than that.I don't think anybody else could do better than that.
It is what it is, and we'll love it forever. I love how he says, I couldn't do any better. It's like, look, man, this is the best I could do, all right? What do you want?
It's just a wild thing for a sculptor to say about a statue that's now going to stand forever outside of a basketball arena.Best I could do, guys. What do you want from me, okay? You couldn't do any better, which is true.
I mean, I don't think I could make a better statue, but that's kind of a low bar to set.
And it does tell you something about the culture, that we have forgotten how to produce this kind of art because, you know, sculpting is something, it's an art form that, like, not only are you producing a piece of art that will last, hopefully, for literally thousands of years, unless it gets torn down by crazed leftists before that,
But it also takes. It's a methodical process. It takes years and years, I imagine, to sculpt something and do it well. And so it's, I guess, no big surprise that in this culture that's not an art form that we have mastered anymore.

Nikki Haley has not been seen very much since her failed presidential bid.She has reemerged this week, though, to scold Trump for his Madison Square Garden rally. Here she is on Fox News explaining why the event was problematic.
I just think that they need to focus primarily on who it is they're talking to.You've got Americans who are absolutely going to vote for Trump. You've got Americans who are absolutely not going to vote for Trump.
And then you've got a percentage in the middle who like Trump policies but don't like his style. That is what they need to focus on.So when you look at these things, it has got to be a story of addition.
This is not a time to have anyone criticize Puerto Rico or Latinos. This is not a time for them to get overly masculine with this bromance thing that they've got going.53% of the electorate are women.Women will vote.
They care about how they're being talked to and they care about the issues. They need to remember that. This is a time of discipline and this is a time of addition.I think it's harmful.I mean, look, there's no reason to have a comedian at an election
campaign event that had so much energy and so many good issues. Why have a comedian that separates people? This isn't about people being sensitive.I mean, Puerto Ricans, that's personal for them. They take that personally.
So he, they were right to denounce the comedian. They need to go and tell Puerto Ricans how much, you know, they do value them. They need to tell Latinos that, but they also need to look at how they're talking about women.
I mean, this bromance and this masculinity stuff, I mean, it borders on edgy to the point that it's going to make women uncomfortable.
Shut up, Nikki. So Nikki Haley says twice that the Trump campaign is too masculine. She's worried about the bromance, whatever the hell that's supposed to mean. What are you talking about? But she says that it's gonna make women uncomfortable.
It borders on edgy. It's gonna make women uncomfortable. You'll notice that Haley has never and would never say that Kamala's campaign is too feminine and might alienate male voters.
The issue, as Haley sees it, is that there's too much masculinity in our politics. The word too, T-O-O, is only ever put in front of the word masculine, not the word feminine. And Nikki Haley doesn't see a problem with that.
Let me say a couple of things here.First of all, if I go my entire life and I never again hear another person talk about all the things that allegedly make women voters uncomfortable, I will die a happy man.
That's been the story of this entire campaign season. Someone says something and then 1,000 other people rush in frantically and shout, shh, don't say that. It'll make women uncomfortable.Think of the women voters.Don't forget about the women voters.
Nobody is forgetting about the women voters, okay? They're the only thing anyone talks about. They are the center of every political conversation. We get it, we know.
They could not possibly be any more of a focus than they have been, considering that they've been basically the sole focus. So the message has been sent loud and clear. We get it.We get it, Nikki. We understand.
Everything we say and do has to appeal to women. It's never okay to do or say anything that might appeal more to men than to women. Women are the center of the world.Women are the only ones who matter. We know. We've heard it.Thank you, Nikki.
Thank you for offering the same analysis that literally every cable news pundit has been droning on about for the past six months incessantly.Very astute, as always. Now, of course, this analysis, I have to say,
despite the fact that we hear it so often, doesn't comport with the reality that I live in every day.For one thing, as far as I can tell, men in fact do exist.Men also vote.
And while there are many problems with our politics in modern America, an abundance of masculinity is most certainly not one of them. And as for women voters, the Nikki Haley's of the world paint them all as these like hypersensitive, superficial,
fickle people According to her women Might see because this is what she's talking about. She said she's like women might see that Trump is the better candidate They might prefer his policies
They might realize that Kamala will be a bad president who does harm to the country and their children's future.
And yet, according to Haley, women might vote for Kamala anyway, actively choosing a worse future for themselves and their families because they're upset by some off-color jokes.Because they don't like his style.
Now, I don't personally know any women like that. Nikki Haley might be stupid enough to actively choose the destruction of her own country because she's uncomfortable with Donald Trump's style and tone.
She might be so upset about a bromance that she decides to vote for a woman who she knows will further devastate the economy, obliterate the Constitution, and start World War III.Maybe that's the way Nikki's mind operates, I don't know.
But none of the women in my life think that way.My wife isn't worried about Donald Trump's tone or style. She isn't concerned about jokes or edgy rhetoric. She's worried about the future of the country, just as I am.
And that's what's going to inform her vote.
I don't think I've ever met a woman who knows that Kamala Harris will be a disaster for the country, but might vote for her anyway or refrain from voting against her because Trump's style and tone upsets her.
I've met women who support Kamala Harris, I've met women who support Donald Trump.
But this mythical in between person who supports his policies but may not vote for him because of his personality, I'm not convinced that that voter even actually exists.
I understand this is conventional logic, conventional wisdom, is that there are millions of voters out there in this category.I don't know, I've never met this person.Have you? Maybe I'm wrong. It's more than possible that I'm wrong.
Maybe my perception in this case is warped by the fact that I typically surround myself with intelligent, rational people. And so maybe this group does exist in some number out there in reality.
Maybe there is this group of people who, again, support Donald Trump's policies, but may not vote for him purely because of their stylistic differences with him, and because they don't like his tone and personality.
Maybe that doesn't, maybe there are a bunch of people out there like that.In that case, let me briefly address anyone who falls into that category, whether you're a woman or a man.
If you prefer Trump's policies but are actually considering not voting for him because of his supposed personality defects, all I have to say is this, get over yourself. Like, grow up, okay?I think you've been pandered to and babied enough.
If you still haven't snapped out of your stupor, then probably tough love is the only way to get through to you, if it's possible at this point. The future of our country is at stake. We don't have time to worry about tone and personality and style.
The only question you should be asking yourself is this, will the candidate that I'm voting for, put in place policies that make America a safer and more prosperous country, or a poorer and more dangerous country.
That is the only question that matters at this point in the game.If you know that communist policies will make America poorer and more dangerous, then you have to vote against her.I mean, it's as simple as that.So here's a thought experiment.
Imagine that you're on a plane. 35,000 feet in the sky, cruising out and flying over the ocean. Then imagine the captain suddenly dies of a heart attack. And now imagine that this is a long-haul flight and there are two co-pilots in the cockpit.
And one of them is a DEI hire who has advanced through flight school despite failing most of the tests. She's never been a captain, plainly unqualified for the job. Meanwhile, the other co-pilot has years of experience in the captain's seat.
He has a clear and established record of flying planes through bad weather and turbulent conditions and getting everyone to their destination safely. You're sitting back in the cabin.Who do you want taking over?Which captain would you prefer?
I think the answer is pretty obvious. Now, what if the experienced pilot in this analogy, also had a history of making offensive comments, and posting mean tweets, and telling jokes that border on edgy, as Nikki Haley says.
Would you, in that case, rather take your chances with the DEI hire?Would you risk crashing into the Atlantic Ocean just for the sake of taking a stand against the better pilot's edgy sense of humor?
Now, unless you're literally suicidal, I think you would not.All that matters for a pilot is whether he can safely fly the plane. Now, we know that Trump can, he's already done it.We know that Kamala can't do the job.
In fact, in this analogy, the last time she was a co-pilot on a plane, it crashed. You can't put her in charge of the plane.Personality isn't gonna keep the thing in the sky. Not to mention, her personality is absolutely abysmal anyway.
Like Trump actually has a much better personality if you care about that kind of thing. So Kamala not only will steer us straight into the ground, but we'll have to listen to her cackling the whole way down.So it's the worst of all worlds.
And that is why anyone who is actually considering voting for Kamala based purely on tone and personality is today most certainly canceled. That'll do it for the show today. Thanks for watching. Thanks for listening.Talk to you tomorrow.
Have a great day.Godspeed.
