I mean, that happens.Ukraine fired those missiles today.So we're going to talk about that.They're going to talk about this new poll that finds a renewed sense of optimism in America.And of course,
We're all feeling pretty damn good, so no surprises there.Media is going to be stepping up attacks on Trump's cabinet picks.It's going to get crazy between now and the time that they're confirmed.Republicans should steal themselves.
I'm telling you this new narrative that's coming.It, I covered it briefly yesterday.I'm going to talk about it a little bit more today.The media trying to gaslight everybody in this country, that there is no mandate for change.
And of course the title of the episode, and we'll end with the Democrats keep doubling down on the dumbest stuff.And guess what?That is not a bad thing for all of us.So, um, Trump,
is en route to see the SpaceX launch with Elon Musk and Ted Cruz in Texas.And before we launched into the show, I was watching Elon Musk brief Donald Trump on how his starships operate.
And I thought to myself, who had this on their bingo card for this year? Talking about interplanetary travel, Elon Musk is committed to getting to Mars in four years, having a settlement on Mars in four years.I mean, seriously, isn't that crazy?
And who would have had on their political bingo card, Donald Trump brief or Elon Musk, the richest man on earth, briefing Donald Trump about a starship that was going to take humanity to Mars in four years.
I mean, and already the most insane political year in the history of politics.I swear.Uh, it's just one surprising, amazing, historic thing after the next folks I'm telling you.
And I think Americans, you know, folks, I think that Americans do feel a renewed sense of optimism.I know that I do.I know that commander Melanie does.I, You know, I'd like to think that our children feel that optimism as well.
Because the America first movement has become a movement that I believe if it's not there yet, it's going to be there very soon.That has largely transcended politics.
And I talked to you yesterday to open the show about this vibe shift that's happening in America. you know, UFC fighters doing the Trump dance.If you're not surprised by that, how about NFL players doing the Trump dance?
Just a couple of years ago, some of these players were probably fully immersed in insane propaganda and kneeling for our anthem.Today, they're celebrating our country and doing the Trump dance.
You know, Hollywood celebrities are coming out in droves now and supporting this president as well.And I've seen article after article and now poll after poll saying that the silent majority isn't silent anymore.
And this is a good thing because that means our coalition is America first as transcended politics.And it's now cool to love your country again.I have asked myself time and again, since nine 11, joining the military.
I mean, back then I feel like in the eighties and in the nineties, Almost everybody that I ran into is proud to be an American.I mean that, I mean, nine out of 10 people.
In fact, I don't recall anybody growing up in the eighties and nineties, any, I don't recall anybody Democrat or Republican who just absolutely despised this country. Everybody loved the country.
I mean, I come from a half of my family are union Democrats, hardcore, like union Democrats.They're not going to change their party registration, but they're pro-Trump people.
But my point is, I guess growing up, yeah, Bill Clinton, there was some crazy stuff with Monica Lewinsky and the White House and all that.
But Bill Clinton working with Newt Gingrich, and you look back on some of the things that Bill Clinton said back then, and you listen to them with today's ear talking about illegal immigration and how the Democrats are the party of the working class and how illegal immigration undercuts the middle class and hurts the working class.
This is not the same party.And I just think that for as crazy as Bill Clinton doing crazy things in the White House with Monica Lewinsky, I guess I never really thought that Bill Clinton hated his country growing up.
Maybe I was just a naive idiot kid.Sure, maybe.But now I think things have changed so much where the Democrats are the party of fascism, of communism.They're the party that is anti the United States Constitution.
They're anti all the freedoms that we cherish and hold dear.They want to crush our first amendment or they want to take your guns and destroy the second amendment. They don't believe in the constitution.
They don't believe in the core tenets of what make this country exceptional.And I think people are finally starting to see that.
I mean, we're going to talk about, you know, Pudge Alvin Bragg, or I'm going to talk about him here in a second and all the lawfare.I really do truly believe that people's eyes started to open when the Democrats
dragged President Trump through Fulton County, Georgia, and through that jail.And do you remember CNN back then?
We covered it right here on this show, where CNN was talking about how, oh, there are all these murders in Fulton County, and oh my gosh, the jail smells terrible, and this is where Fulton County keeps their worst of the worst, and Donald Trump is going to be getting his mugshot right there, as almost like they were celebrating that.
And to me, that's evil, But I think that what the Democrats did backfired in a huge way and just woke up Americans to the threat that they represent to this country.And I think it all started with the law fair.
And when that didn't work, things slowly escalated from there.And so you see this poll, new poll finds high optimism for America when Donald Trump assumes office in 2025. how likely that the US will head in a better direction in 2025.
58% said very to somewhat likely plus 20 over Biden and not very, not at all likely 38%.So the VA almost 60% of this country thinks that when Donald Trump goes back into the Oval Office a couple of months from now,
that this country and probably the world will be in a much better place.And it can't happen soon enough.
Because I talked yesterday about Biden sending long range missiles to Ukraine and giving them the green light to strike into the heart of Russia and how that was a dangerous and stupid escalation for a lot of reasons, not the least of which is because our own United States intel assessment in September said that Putin was not afraid of firing back and using a tactical nuclear weapon.
most likely on Ukraine, but maybe even in an electromagnetic pulse device fired from some barge in international waters over some city on our Eastern seaboard.
And Ukraine, just today, fired those missiles at what's at least reported as a military target, some sort of weapons depot, but who knows?There's the fog of war.We don't know if that's true yet.
And allegedly Vladimir Putin and the Russian military shot down four of the five missiles that were fired with minimal damage.Again, who the hell knows if you can trust that?
It comes from the propagandists and the defense ministry of the Russian military.But my point is, you have 60% of the people who are optimistic about the future of this country,
that believe in Donald Trump, the country and the world being safer under the leadership of Donald Trump.You have Donald Trump winning an historic mandate.
And yes, it was a mandate, an electoral college victory and a popular vote victories received over 76 million votes, more than he had in 2020, more than any Republican in the history of our country has ever had won a mandate yet Biden
is doing everything that he can Biden and company, because we know that Biden's not thinking on his own, trying to drag us closer to war, trying to goad Russia into striking back over Ukraine, using a tactical nuclear weapon, or God forbid collateral damage being had at a NATO country, which would then trigger
America's commitment to NATO, perhaps even US troops on the ground to keep the peace, embroiling us further into a quagmire where there's no end in sight, and now you got Americans on the ground, and guess what?It's Trump's problem now.
I am convinced that that's exactly what's happening.Now, the situation in Ukraine, as we've talked about with the great and brilliant Brian Dean Wright on Wright Night,
The situation in Ukraine was always gonna get more dangerous over the next couple of months because the peace negotiations are on the horizon.
Each side was gonna jockey for as much land and terrain as humanly possible because the peace negotiation that's been proposed was just keep what you got.Ceasefire, keep what you got, and that's the end of that.
So we always knew it was gonna get more dangerous, but Biden escalated things
But folks, I'm telling you, this is probably the closest, I don't like when people say World War III, I think it's cliche, because it almost minimizes the impact of what a war like this could be like.Now, I've seen combat up close and personal.
Many, many, many, many, many times.Hundreds of firefights.I've been under indirect fire attack over 4,000 times by rockets and mortars and artillery.And I'm not saying that to impress you.
I'm just saying to impress upon you that, hey, once the bullets start flying, combat is combat is combat.Kill the person who's trying to kill you first.It just gets real simple.
But if you take a step back and you look at the differences between combat in Afghanistan and potentially combat with Russia, God forbid we go down that road, we're talking combat with a conventional force.
And I have been saying and saying and saying for years now, I said this back when I ran for Congress, that our army, Of course, all of our military, but talking specifically about the army, has got to boldly evolve our force structure.
We are completely structured to fight in what they call brigade combat teams, BCTs.They're highly compartmentalized units that are able to rapidly deploy quickly, face a counterinsurgency or asymmetric threat.
When we made that evolution from a Cold War era army to brigade combat teams compartmentalized to combat asymmetric threats, a good example of what I'm talking about is we removed Stinger missiles, surface to air missiles that would take out helicopters from light infantry platoons.
When my platoon deployed to Afghanistan, we did not have Stinger missiles as part of what they call our TO&E, our Table of Organization and Equipment.In other words, I didn't have that weapon system under my command.
Now, if you're fighting Russia and they've got Hind D helicopters on the battlefield and you have an infantry, you've got an infantry platoon in the field, that Hind D is going to tear up that infantry platoon because we're simply not equipped to fight back.
Yes, you can fire small arms at it all day long, but ain't taking a Hind D armor and helicopter out of the sky.You need stinger missiles for that.And right now,
our light infantry doesn't have them and we don't have them because we haven't sufficiently evolved our force to face conventional threats.And that's what we would face in Russia.
And so here we are, it seems like the closest we've ever been to war with Russia, certainly in my lifetime, probably in yours as well.
And we have a military that's wholly focused on social experiments, that's debating whether or not women should be in combat.I mean, these, There are much larger issues at play.
Now, we can have the conversation about women in combat some other time, and maybe we will, but that definitely deserves to be debated.Women helicopter pilots, absolutely.Women in medical field, nurses, doctors, absolutely.
Women in supply chains and logistics, absolutely.Women in the infantry, I'm not so sure. But my, my point is, it's not that my point is our military has much larger problems.
How about the fact that we've sent almost all of our munitions to Ukraine and you can't snap your fingers and make sure that those munitions, especially the highly technical ones like javelins or stingers are readily available for Americans when they need them the most.
Does that mean to go down this path so much with the military stuff, but I am very, very worried. You know, what did I tell you a couple of months ago prior to this election?
I said that if Donald Trump wins, which I thought, I always thought that he would.And if you listen to this show, you were way ahead of the curve.
But I felt like that after the Trump win until January 21st was, could be one of the most dangerous times in American history.And I hope to hell I'm wrong. but I'm not sure that I am.
And if you turned on the corporate media today, they are not covering this like I'm covering this.They should be out there talking about this threat, the real life threat that we face right now, but they're not.
We're debating, you know, trannies in the congressional bathroom right now.I mean, that's the story.We're going to talk about that here today too, but that's, that's what's dominating the vast majority of news coverage today.

a friend of mine.Okay.You know this, right?I'm not telling you all anything that you don't know.So of course I'm a little bit biased, but Kash Patel has to be the next FBI director.
There is a deep rot within the FBI and I, you know, I'm not talking about the line officers.I'm not, I know some real good ones.Now the leadership though, oof, I, the leadership, the corruption is so woven in to the leadership of the FBI.

on day one and he needs to be replaced with a disruptor.And I think that person should be Cash Patel.I'm just going to go on record saying that.Really like that guy too, and he deserves it.Okay.Can we transition to Matt Gates here for a second?
Today, a hacker by the name of Altam Beasley has hacked into some law firm and has accessed the transcripts of testimony said to be very damaging to Matt Gaetz.New York Times published this story.Now, the New York Times has been known to publish
intel or intelligence community stories uncritically, positioning them as true when in fact they're not.Matt Gaetz is going to face a rough confirmation.
However, I can tell you with certainty that Donald Trump is calling senators personally to help with this confirmation process. I can also tell you with certainty that J.D.
Vance is taking folks like Gates and I think Hegseth and other potential cabinet members around the United States Senate to introduce them to senators to help with the confirmation process.All of this is very, very good.
And if we're still held up in the United States Senate, we have recess appointments and President Trump, I can't remember what the hell the law is, but President Trump is looking into using some law that he pulled off the books from like,
I don't even know, like 1888, given President Trump the ability to appoint acting directors for 210 days and then another 210 days after that.So there are ways to get these people confirmed if you don't have the votes or for official confirmation.
But let's hope it doesn't come to that.So listen to Lindsey Graham.Okay, now I know what many of you are gonna say about Lindsey Graham. but listen to him on Matt Gaetz when he was asked about it.
Nobody should be disqualified because of a media report.
It's more than, it's an investigation.By the department.Bipartisan efforts.And they didn't proceed forward.
That's Lindsey Graham, Senator from South Carolina, defending Matt Gaetz.Like, I think this is a, look, Lindsey Graham, let me say that again.Lindsey Graham is defending Matt Gaetz and Locke's.I see your question.
What's with the Senate on court judge for Florida, Georgia, Alabama, JD Vance and Rubio no show. Let me let me answer that real quick.Even if Rubio and J.D.
Vance would have showed up, would have shown up, they would have still lost that vote on those judges because Fetterman would have showed up.There are more Democrats than there are Republicans in the Senate.And J.D.
Vance was they knew the math, which is why Rubio and J.D.Vance weren't at the vote.Now, you could make an argument. I think that Republicans should probably be in the Senate.Everybody other than J.D.Vance should probably be in the Senate.But J.D.
Vance now, as the vice president-elect, is the co-chair of President Trump's transition team.And he's responsible now for interviewing people for cabinet-level picks like the FBI director.And while this vote was going on,
While this vote was going on, J.D.Vance was interviewing potential FBI directors.And so if J.D.Vance and Marco Rubio would have shown up, we still would have lost that vote because we just don't have the numbers in the Senate.
Now, listen, I know what you're thinking.If you're a Republican senator, you should probably be in the Senate, right? I get it.I get it.So just wanted to put that out there.Cause I saw the question here.Um, okay.
So we see, so Charlie Kirk said something on Matt gates.He posted it on X. I think you all should.I think you all should hear it because I just think it's, I just think it's that important.Um, I'm just going to read it.
You gotta know the backstory in all of this.Charlie Kirk says, I've had enough of this so-called house ethics report on Matt Gaetz.The underlying allegations are so laughable and flimsy that the only purpose of it is to smear Gaetz.
Here are the facts.The report comes years after the DOJ dropped its investigation into the same claims.Why did the DOJ drop the investigation?
because the claims hinge on the testimony of two witnesses who would have such gaping credibility issues that even the Department of Justice, which hates gates, knew no jury would ever convict him.Who are these witnesses?
Number one, Joel Greenberg, who has been described as one of the most corrupt Florida politicians of all time, and who has literally made false sex allegations against a politician before.
He accused an innocent school teacher who was running against him for tax collector of having sex with an underage student.Sound familiar?A judge called the lies downright evil.
Greenberg became embroiled in a series of crimes and faced a possible 27 years in federal prison.One of these crimes was having sex with an underage minor, the same 17-year-old who was the central character in the claim against Gates.
But even Greenberg claims he didn't know she was underage because she lied about her age.She's now on OnlyFans selling sexual access for money and has appeared in porn videos, Charlie Kirk says, go figure.
According to a 2023 lawsuit, Greenberg repeatedly begged Gates to secure a pardon for him.And when Gates refused, Greenberg vowed vengeance.
An inmate who shared a cell with Greenberg told two federal agents that Greenberg told him that the woman would be willing to adopt Greenberg's lie in hopes of a future financial benefit. Dirty, dirty stuff.
Greenberg admitted to paying the woman's legal bills in a text to a friend.Yes, this is all ridiculous.Yes, it's all clearly contrived lies.Will the media still use it to tar and feather Gates?Absolutely.
Because Gates has made a career of picking fights.No one else in Washington had the stomach to pick.They fear him at the DOJ more than anyone, and that's exactly why we need him running the Department of Justice.
He's the only one with the guts to fight the most important fights at the DOJ and root out the corruption we've seen on full display for the last eight years.Listen, I could not agree more.
And I think it was so important for you all to hear those facts of what the hell is going on with this Gates stuff. It's just so important.I mean, it's absolutely preposterous that the media would not report on what I just told you.
You will not hear anything that I just said on Fox news, on CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC.You won't hear any of it anywhere in any of those organizations.I think it's shameful, especially when a man's reputation is on the line.
Okay, so the next thing we've got to get to, a lot to get to right off the top.And we're already like, it's 37 past the hour.Oh my gosh, so much going on right now.
But Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg agreed to postpone Trump's sentencing and floats a potential 2029 date after he leaves office.So the good news is, is Trump's not gonna be sentenced next week.
It's almost like this entire thing was about politics from the very beginning. But the preposterous thing is that DA Alvin Bragg is not dropping the case altogether.You heard what I said, right?
He just agreed to postpone the sentencing, and he floated a potential 2029 date after he leaves office.Now, corrupt bastard in a black robe, Juan Marchand, has got to sign off on this.
Maybe he does, maybe he doesn't, but folks, this is absolutely crazy to me.
So they would have Donald Trump serve four years as president and then be trotted back into a New York City corrupt court with Alvin Bragg overseeing sentencing of a former president?I'm telling you,
When Matt Gaetz gets confirmed as the Attorney General, all of these lawyers, Alvin Bragg, and every single associate that was with him, including Juan Marchand, all of these people should be disbarred at a minimum.
What they did to this country, the pain that they inflicted on this country, will take years to unravel.It will take years for the American people to trust in the legal system again.
So again, Matt Gates has got to do an investigation into these psychopaths that there has to be some sort of accountability here.Otherwise it's just going to happen again.And they're trying to do it to Donald Trump after he leaves office.
So they would have this bullshit bogus crime that everybody in the world thought was bullshit and bogus hang over his head for the next four years while he's president.I mean, Clearly this was election interference to begin with.
That's a federal crime.Investigate people on that alone.The whole thing was a complete sham.Every single legal expert, including Democrats, thought that this was a complete sham.
Also not reported on the news, but you'll hear it here, is US District Judge Carl Nichols, by the way, was a Trump appointee, reluctantly postponed a January 6th felony trial today, but sent a clear message to Trump.
Blanket pardons for all January 6th defendants would be beyond frustrating and disappointing.This is a judge. Listen, I'm telling you battle crew, we have got a real problem with judges in this country for that judge to make a statement like that.
I mean, if you want to make a statement like that, judge take off the robe, run for office, be a politician, but it's not appropriate to make those kinds of statements from the bench.
And Mama Via, good name by the way, Mama Via, said, wouldn't in 2029 Trump have presidential immunity?The answer to that question is, well, yes, he would.
And in fact, the Bragg-Mershawn trial hasn't even dealt with the Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity because of much of the evidence that was presented in that trial already
has been found by the Supreme Court to be an official act of presidency, and therefore President Trump would have immunity.So they haven't even unraveled any of that insanity.

We won our lawsuit yesterday, so I was very anxious to see what the Democrats in these corrupt counties that were counting illegal ballots would say after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court affirmed that they were in fact counting illegal ballots.
The Democrat Bucks County PA commissioner who tried to steal the Senate election for Bob Casey said her comments about disobeying the court were quote misinterpreted.
This was from the Philadelphia Inquirer, which by the way, is a garbage liberal rag. She voted to count illegal ballots in defiance of the Supreme Court order.
And she says, and I quote, I apologize for all the upset and confusion it caused, Elise Marsiglia said.She said the statement was quote, in artfully worded.Josh Shapiro last night came out and denounced any official who disobeyed that court order.
Her original comments.Now I want you to see if, you know, how this strikes you. Her original comment was this, people violate laws anytime they want.So for me, if I violate this law, it's because I want a court to pay attention.
There's nothing more important than counting votes. Does that sound like someone who misspoke to you?I think she knew exactly what she was doing.She was trying to steal the election.They tried to, they did it in 2020.

These are the same people that said that Kamala Harris was the second black Indian woman Jesus. second coming of Barack Obama was going to defeat Donald Trump in a historic landslide.
These are the same people that said the economy's great, stupid, you're just too dumb to understand how inflation works.Now they're trying to gaslight you into believing that Donald Trump's electoral victory was weak.

And by the way, this idea that Trump won with some kind of mandate is not true.I mean, we have information there.He beat Kamala Harris by 1.6%.Joe Biden beat Trump by 4.5%, and nobody said it was a mandate.

This is an 85% issue for us. The Democrats, by the way, have not learned a single lesson.They're doubling down on it and good, because this means they'll lose more in the future.

There's obviously a lot of soul-searching right now going on within the Democratic Party, and that's a good thing.But what I worry about is that in the course of all that soul-searching, some Democrats might reach the wrong sweeping conclusions.
And there are a lot of issues that fall into that bucket.But one in particular that stuck out to me is transgender rights.
Republicans spent hundreds of millions of dollars on anti-trans ads this election cycle, including one that showed Vice President Harris talking about government funding for gender reaffirming care for prisoners and detainees.
If that sounds like a particularly obscure issue, it is, because it applies to a tiny group of people.And it's also a policy that, by the way, was in place during the first Trump presidency.
Another one of the lines that ran over and over again in those ads and throughout right-wing media is this idea that America is faced with a crisis of boys playing in girls sports.
Now these ads created this perception that the issues of trans kids playing sports was dominating schools across the country, which is completely false. Some people got pulled into that argument.
I mean, immediately after the election, Congressman Seth Moulton told the New York Times that, quote, Democrats spend way too much time trying not to offend anyone rather than being brutally honest about the challenges many Americans face.
I have two little girls.I don't want them getting run over on a playing field by a male or formerly male athlete.But as a Democrat, I'm supposed to be afraid to say that.
And then last week in Congress, Moulton came on this network to discuss those comments.
I was just speaking authentically as a dad about one of many issues where I think we're just out of touch with the majority of voters.And I stand by my position.Maybe I didn't get all the words exactly right.
But the point is that the backlash I've received proves my point that we can't even have these discussions as a party.
Look, reflection is good, but if that were actually an issue at thousands of schools across the country, it would be worthy of a debate.But there are just incredibly few examples of transgender girls playing in youth sports.
And when we see those examples, there isn't evidence that these kids are a threat to safety or fairness.
Let me tell you something. we should never use the left's language of gender affirming care.
I found myself, I've made this mistake before, you know, so like we hear it so often that sometimes it's just unconscious, we repeat it, but we should make a conscious effort to never repeat phrases like gender affirming care.Like that's a,
Surefire way to have Commander Melanie, the wife, say, what are you talking about?It's not gender affirming care.There's no such thing as gender affirming care.It's sterilization and mutilation of young, healthy, beautiful children.
And she's exactly right.The American people are sick of this shit.Excuse my language, but we are. Nancy Mace, it's not even a bill.She just wanted something included in the House Rules Package.
They put together what's called the House Rules Package and the House of Representatives, all the leadership, Speaker Johnson, Tom Emmer, who is a congressman, I think from Minnesota, but he's the whip, and then the chief deputy whip, Guy Rushenthaler in the House.
They all cobbled together what the rules are for this next Congress.They're working on that rules package now with Speaker Johnson. included in that rules package is a clause that said only women, biological women, can use the woman's restroom.
The reason why conservative women and members of Congress are putting that in there is because the Democrats elected their first tranny from the state of Delaware, state that also sent Joe Biden, that gave us Joe Biden, but I digress.
It's the Democrats sent a dude pretending to be a woman to Congress and this dude wants to use the woman's bathroom, wants to use the woman's locker room, wants to use the woman's showers.I'm sorry.It's completely unacceptable.So Nancy Mace included
a provision in the rules package that said only biological women can use the women's restroom.To me, it's common sense.And by the way, the American people support it.But listen to what she was saying to reporters about just this issue.
In the locker room, should not be in changing rooms, should not be in our restrooms either.And I'm gonna be standing in the brink, standing in his or her way, putting a stop to this insanity and this nonsense.She doesn't get a say.
This is about real women and women's rights.And the far left, radical left, they wanna erase women and women's rights, and I'm not gonna let them.Would you want Sarah Brightman to use the men's restroom outside of the community?
She was born a biological male, she should use the men's restroom.
What's the mechanism for checking who's qualified to use the ladies room?
That is a bullshit question.That's a liberal question.

Listen, this is, to me, this isn't strong enough.Make it a bill, pass it into law.Ban dudes using women's restrooms, locker rooms, showers on federal property and every single federal building.This doesn't go far enough.
Why should, I've got three daughters and an amazing wife.Why should my, the girls, that is my job to protect and provide, right?That's how we do things in Fort Parnell.
Why should they have to sacrifice their privacy and security because a dude wants to pretend to be a woman? It's absolutely positively insane.The Democrats, by the way, are doubling down on the insane, but Republicans, listen to me, don't back down.
