Elizabeth, let’s go Beyond the Mic. After college in Ohio you moved back to Rancho San Julian selling your ranch-raised beef directly to consumers. How big was the responsibility of maintaining the 14,000 acres on the central coast of California not just for today, but for the eighth generation?
