This week's episode is all about my love of routines and staying organized. It's taken me a little bit to figure out the right routines for myself and my type A personality lol but now that I have them they really are lifesavers. I always love asking guests of the podcast what their routines are because I find them so interesting so I figured I should share mine. I love how Ashley Sondergaard of the Yoga Magic Podcast talks about this idea of have a self care emergency tool kit and to me that's what my routines are!
