One of the most important things you can do so that you can create a successful and consistent live show is to create a plan and a rock-solid process. I’ve been developing a process for my live shows since 2019, and it’s central to how my team works to produce, promote and repurpose my live show.

In this episode, I’m joined by the fabulous Tonia Miller. She’s my assistant and she’s got a central role in producing, promoting and repurposing this podcast.
