People are built to dream. Once we stop dreaming, that’s when things start to fall apart.
Be honest with yourself. Don’t put down half of your goal; just say what you want.
Being an entrepreneur, you can make anything happen. It’s about belief and setting expectations that lead to goals.
When you are in the grind day-to-day, you don’t pause and think that you should audit your business and see what you’ve done.
Have something that will remind you of your "why" when things get tough.
You need to have monthly statistics in order to monitor the status of your practice.
Overall, you need to audit your health. Audit how you feel, what’s stressing you out, and what makes you feel okay.
Having team-building activities helps people come together and work together as a team.
Cross-training in a small business is important because if you have one team member down, others can do their work temporarily.
