7-Day Snapshot: Santa Clarita Real Estate

In the last seven days, we’ve seen:

13 homes coming soon to the market
66 new listings going live
90 price changes, with 80% of those being reductions
18 homes back on the market
37 homes now under contract
54 pending listings

This gives us a total of 91 homes that are in escrow, meaning there’s still plenty of activity despite a slight cooling in the overall market. But here’s the key—just because a home is in escrow doesn’t mean the final price is locked in. Negotiations can continue right up until closing day, and that’s where having an experienced agent on your side becomes crucial.

Price Changes and Market Adjustments

The 90 price changes we’ve seen in the last week highlight a key trend: sellers are adapting to shifting market conditions.
