In the first episode of 2023, Katerina sits down to share her word of the year and what goals she has set for herself. Over the last few years, Katerina has chosen a word that reflects and resonates with her goals.

For 2023 her word is "growth". In the first few months of the year she will begin to plant the seeds in her garden. And as she waters and takes care of these seeds, they will grow and be ready for harvest when the time comes.
